Hôtel réservé par hasard, l'expérience a largement dépassé mes attentes. L'emplacement est excellent, avec des transports en commun et des restaurants juste en bas de l'hôtel, donc pas de souci pour se déplacer ou trouver de quoi manger. La chambre était nettoyée méticuleusement, même les rebords de fenêtre et les coins de la salle de bain étaient impeccables. Le matelas avait une fermeté idéale, et l'insonorisation était très bonne, donc la nuit était très calme. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux, l'enregistrement rapide, les installations étaient neuves et complètes, l'eau chaude était stable et le prix abordable. C'est parfait pour un court séjour ou une escale improvisée.

Le choix semble se situer entre une fenêtre qui n'est pas vraiment une fenêtre et une vue sur une grande intersection.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

A Serene Mountain Retreat: A Perfect Escape from the Hustle This mountain hotel is an absolute gem for anyone craving peace and connection with nature—easily one of my favorite getaways in recent memory. From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Stayed: 2 days during a business trip. Hotel & atmosphere: Small boutique hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and suitable for a short stay. Location: As I was only staying two nights, I wanted to be in Kaifu District, a historic area of Changsha. The hotel is located within the Chaozong Ancient Street (潮宗古街) area, which has a strong local atmosphere with traditional architecture, food streets, and pedestrian zones. There are many cute restaurants, cafés, local boutiques, and pleasant walking areas within easy walking distance. One practical point to note is that some taxis may drop off or pick up on the main road, about 100 meters from the hotel. Room & noise: The room was comfortable. Earplugs are also provided. Service & communication: Service was friendly and attentive. Staff use translation tools to communicate effectively. Breakfast: Breakfast is not available at the hotel, but there are many options nearby, including small Chinese eateries, tea and coffee shops, and convenience stores. Transport: Changsha South Train Station is about 40 minutes away. Taxi to Wuxi cost around 24 RMB. Taxis in China using DiDi (via the Alipay app) are convenient and inexpensive. Value for money: Very good value for the price paid. Overall: A comfortable and well-located small boutique hotel with good service and good value. I would recommend it.

Very nice hotel with young but very helpful staff. The location is great, and easy to be picked up from. Everything went smooth and they communicated well! The room had a great view and was clean. The only downside was the AI in the room dat would go crazy at times and turn tings on and off.

The majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch). Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits. The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away. For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10. En gros, c'est OK. J'y ai séjourné six nuits consécutives, mais le deuxième jour, le ménage a été tardif. J'ai attendu dans le hall de l'hôtel pendant près de trois heures et je suis montée trois fois pour vérifier. Le ménage n'a pas été terminé avant presque six heures du soir ! Un autre problème est le petit-déjeuner. Aucun petit-déjeuner n'est fourni pendant la Fête du Printemps, seulement des repas simples (pain, lait, bananes ou pommes). J'ai payé pour le petit-déjeuner, mais les repas simples fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que j'ai payé. Bien que je puisse le rembourser sur la plateforme, je vais simplement l'oublier pour éviter les ennuis ! Le personnel de la réception n'est pas très aimable. Par rapport à celui de Chongqing, je préfère celui de Chongqing. Le personnel de Chongqing est aimable et poli, le service est très bon, même la tante de ménage est très polie et nettoie très rapidement ! Il y a une autre question. Cette marque a de nombreux magasins à Changsha. Il y a une autre succursale juste en face de celle où j'habite, mais celle-ci a un S en trop, donc beaucoup de gens se trompent de succursale. Cette marque a FunGee, FunGee S et FunGee X. S'ils changent les noms des magasins et qu'ils sont si proches les uns des autres, ce serait plus clair s'ils les divisaient en 1, 2, 3... magasins !

Hôtel Tingjian Suyu (Chang Sha) C'est sans conteste mon hôtel préféré durant ce séjour à Changsha, un lieu où je me suis sentie parfaitement à l'aise ❤️ Tout d'abord, l'environnement. L'hôtel est d'une propreté exceptionnelle, paisible et confortable. Malgré sa situation en plein centre-ville, la qualité du sommeil y était excellente. J'ai particulièrement apprécié leurs oreillers sur mesure, qui ont considérablement amélioré notre repos et rendu chaque nuit profondément relaxante. Ensuite, les petites attentions. Des inoubliables nouilles de riz de Changsha au petit-déjeuner au thé offert l'après-midi pendant le froid hivernal, chaque détail était empreint de chaleur et de bienveillance ☕️. Troisièmement – ​​et la principale raison pour laquelle j'y retournerais – le service. Chaque membre du personnel était d'une gentillesse, d'une attention et d'une réactivité remarquables. Quels que soient nos besoins, ils étaient toujours présents, nous faisant sentir en sécurité et choyés – presque comme si nous avions un majordome personnel à la maison. Enfin, un point très appréciable : Comme nous voyagions en hiver avec beaucoup de bagages, nous avons été agréablement surpris d’apprendre que l’hôtel propose un service de livraison gratuit des bagages à l’aéroport ✈️. Grâce à cela, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée à Changsha sans nous soucier de nos valises — un service vraiment attentionné ! Si vous me demandez si j’y retournerais ? Oui, sans hésiter. Locations is very good , the exit (5 & 9 ) of Chaoyangmetro Station is right beside the hotel main lobby. Very convenient for those travellers who like to travel by metro Room is clean. Strongly recommend.
