TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Best value and satisfaction even including the 4 and 5 star hotels of our trip. The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

Bref, l'environnement B&B est très bon, mais j'espère que le service pourra être amélioré (j'ai réservé celui-ci après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel de Zhuhai auparavant et je l'ai trouvé bien).

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is extremely convenient and easily accessible. I was initially offered a complimentary room upgrade, but unfortunately the room had a strong fishy smell that was unbearable, so I had to leave. As I arrived before the official check-in time, the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, promptly arranging another room in the original room category that I had booked. The hotel also offers a small gym and complimentary self-service laundry facilities, which were a great bonus. There is a restaurant on the lower floors of the building, although it can occasionally result in longer waiting times for the lifts during busy periods. The room itself was spacious and offered lovely views, making for a comfortable stay overall.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 2 weeks. The room is large and the hotel is well managed. I chose a room that faces the quiet side (residential area) so it is peaceful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious food, and the restaurant staff (all Cantonese) are extremely nice and hospitable. The reception staff during morning and afternoon shifts are very helpful, pleasant and professional. Housekeeping staff are all very nice and always cleans my room very properly. There is a convenience store connected to the hotel which is good. The only downside is the communal areas are not very clean - the carpets in the corridors (especially near the lifts) are always dirty. They don't seem to vacuum clean the communal carpets regularly. Also, there is cigarette smell in the lift and communal area.

Location of the hotel was very convenient to my family. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The rooms were very clean and having a free self service laundry room was the icing on top!

La qualité de l'eau est vraiment bonne et pas de goût. La suite a une salle de séjour et un balcon, pas besoin de la piscine publique. L'hôtel est bien vert et il est très extrêmement photo. Le mélange est très épouvantable. Près de Taipei, il est pratique de manger et de boire. Dans l'ensemble, il est très satisfait, c'est un bon endroit pour charger le week-end.

La chambre était spacieuse avec vue sur la rivière des Perles. Les équipements étaient de qualité, avec distribution de fruits frais tous les soirs, réception ouverte 24h/24 et emplacement idéal à proximité des commerces, restaurants et autres boutiques.
