Hôtels 3 étoiles à Hambourg

Everything was perfect, but one thing that could improve. I stayed in the room which exactly on the side of the access door to the rooms area. It was a little noisy, as you could hear when the door is opening and closing.

As visitors we found it difficult to locate where to park our car because it is not clearly marked nor mentioned on the website. Lots of construction so streets cut off. No bottles of water in our rooms. No refrigerator. Parking cost 24€ even for quests who paid for 2 rooms! Some employees smile while they are serving you and others behave begrudgingly and have a frown on their face. Very regimented.

L'emplacement est idéal, mais c'est bruyant la nuit ; je recommande donc d'apporter des bouchons d'oreilles. Il y a un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain commune, mais il s'éteint au bout d'une dizaine de secondes et il faut attendre deux ou trois minutes pour le recharger. Il faut simplement partir du principe qu'il n'est pas là. Après votre départ, vous pouvez déposer vos bagages moyennant un supplément à droite de la réception. J'ai apprécié que les lits soient équipés de lumières et de prises individuelles. Les sanitaires, bien que petits, étaient propres.

Отель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

Cet hôtel ne vit que de son emplacement et de son prix. Le réceptionniste est un véritable sermon. Il parle si mal qu'on a dû lui demander de répéter plusieurs fois. Cela ne lui plaisait pas, mais il a cru bon de nous en rejeter la faute. « Je vous l'avais bien dit… » La chambre était minuscule, donnait sur la rue principale et n'avait pas de climatisation ; il fallait donc « dormir » la fenêtre fermée. De plus, le bruit des chambres voisines et du couloir, notamment celui des équipements techniques de l'immeuble, était insupportable. Les draps étaient usés jusqu'à la corde et troués. Le robinet de la salle de bain fuyait. Le Wi-Fi était lent. L'un des deux ascenseurs était hors service depuis trois jours, mais il était manifestement en panne depuis plus longtemps. Le second ascenseur ne pouvait accueillir que deux personnes à la fois. Un employé de l'hôtel nous a accompagnés, faisant office de troisième passager… Du coup, il fallait soit attendre longtemps l'ascenseur, soit monter cinq étages à pied. Le petit-déjeuner était correct pour un hôtel trois étoiles. Mais dès que vous êtes entré dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, vos semelles ont collé au sol.

Hotel Hesse in Hamburg is set in a relatively quiet part of the city, which made it a comfortable base to return to after a day out. It’s not particularly central, but getting around wasn’t difficult, and the surrounding area had a calm, local feel to it. Inside, the room was functional and clean enough for a short stay. Nothing especially memorable, but everything worked as expected. It had that slightly dated charm you sometimes find in smaller city hotels, where comfort is there, just without any modern flair. What stood out most was how uncomplicated the whole stay felt. Check-in, check-out, coming and going—everything was easy and without fuss. It’s the kind of place you choose when you just need somewhere to rest, rather than somewhere to experience. Overall, Hotel Hesse was a practical and no-frills option in Hamburg. It may not leave a lasting impression, but it quietly does the job if you’re looking for a simple place to stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Jedoch hat sie keine eigen Rezeption, wie aber weder aus der Beschreibung, noch der Webseite hervorgeht. Auch an der Unterkunft selber befindet sich keinerlei Hinweis. Beim Anruf unter der angegebenen Nummer landete ich zunächst bei einem unmittelbar gelegenen Hotel der Novum Gruppe.Dort versuchte mir der ahnungslose Rezeptionist zu helfen. Dieser  fand dann heraus, dass ich bei einem anderen Hotel,ebenfalls unmittelbar zur Unterkunft und zur Novum Gruppe gehörend einchecken musste. Der Check in ging dann unproblematisch , das Frühstück wurde am nächsten Morgen auch hier eingenommen und war ok. Das Wasser aus der Dusche war jedoch nur lauwarm, der Rest des Appartements aber sauber und angenehm. Ach ja, die drei ************** die mit ihrer Crackpfeife morgens im Eingangsbereich warteten waren höflich und liessen mich ohne weiteres zum anderen Hotel hinübergehen.

Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und das Wasser in der Morgendusche war kalt!
