Gute Lage, aber super laut. Man hört die Straße 24/7, da die Fenster nicht isoliert sind. Nettes Personal.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg - City Alster was absolutely superb. From the moment I arrived, the elegant and professional atmosphere was noticeable. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The location is also ideal for both enjoying the beautiful Alster lake and accessing the city center. It’s the attentive service and premium amenities that set this hotel apart. I felt thoroughly pampered and would not hesitate to return for another luxurious stay.

Overall the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Two points worth noting that guests should be aware of: 1. The curtain pocket (the part at the top that hides the curtain rail) is not deep enough, so plenty of light comes in around it. For people use to full blackout in bedrooms, this may be disturbing - especially when the sun rises in the morning. 2. As noted in some other reviews, the pillows are EXTREMELY low density. They are so low density, that there is close to zero support once lying on them and the weight of your head has compressed the filling (down I think). I fortunately brought my own pillow, however if I had not, this review score would be much lower as it would have made it difficult for me to sleep the pillows are so unusually soft/airy.

L'emplacement est très proche de la gare. La chambre a suffisamment d'espace, mais on nous a attribué une chambre au bout du deuxième étage. La chambre avait une forte odeur après rénovation. La fenêtre a dû être ouverte. pour le disperser. La couette sur le lit était visiblement tachée, il n'y a pas de climatisation la nuit et il faut ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer. Cependant, le sol est trop bas. le matin et le bruit vous réveillera. Elle est également très spacieuse. La chambre comprend une table et d'autres équipements.

Nous tenons là le anniversaire de mon partenaire. C'était vraiment super. J'ai passé de bonnes nuits à l'hôtel. Très propre avec des installations hautes. Les garçons de la réception et de la garde et de la cloche étaient tous amis et bien-apparus. Généralement super!

Top-Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken habe ich nur sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal angetroffen. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe hervorragend in meinem Bett geschlafen, und es war nachts ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Hotel hatte es bereits bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt auf meine persönliche Merkliste geschafft.

Clean and quiet room. The lady and gentlemen at the reception were very polite and friendly and eager to help. Location perfectly situated if you need to get to the city centre and the main train station within minutes . We really enjoyed our stay and would surely book again
