IInvitéWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

CChin HongOverall we had a good experience. The breakfast is great and the staff is nice, especially helping customer on making waffles, which are the signature dish there. The only downside I had was we asked for an extra blanket on our 1st night (at around 10pm) as the weather was getting cold. The staff refused to provide us as she said there was no housekeeping staff available, and ask us to check again in the morning... Which is kind of strange...

TTravelshortsI stayed at the Sure Hotel by Best Western München Hauptbahnhof for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I booked the hotel via Trip.com and stayed in a single room, which was clean, compact, and perfectly adequate for a short city stay. Everything was well maintained and tidy, and the room had everything I needed. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s directly opposite Munich’s main train station, which made getting around extremely easy. I arrived from the airport on the Lufthansa Express bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel—a huge plus after a flight. The hotel is also surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, so sightseeing was effortless. Check-in was smooth, and the man at reception was very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a good first impression. Breakfast was included in my rate. While the selection was a bit limited, it was perfectly adequate to start the day and everything was fresh. I paid £61 per night, which I felt was very good value considering the central location, cleanliness, and convenience of transport connections. Overall, this hotel is a great option for solo travellers or short stays in Munich, especially if you want to be close to public transport and the city centre. I would happily stay here again.

IInvitéComme avec mes séjours antérieurs dans l'hôtel Condor (Zweigstraße 6, 80336 Munich), mon séjour actuel était très positif et cohérent avec mes expériences antérieures. Le séjour a été caractérisé par des installations propres et un service professionnel à un prix compétitif. L'hôtel est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la gare centrale (Hbf). La chambre unique que j'ai reçue pour ce séjour au deuxième étage était d'une taille appropriée et équipée d'une télévision à écran plat, climatisation, radiateur, réfrigérateur, tissus, shampooing et savon. La salle de bains a une douche à haute pression d'eau, qui était très efficace. Les chambres sont décorées de façon formelle et l'ascenseur fonctionne de manière fiable. J'ai acheté des boissons douces à la comptabilité, mais je n'ai pas utilisé le service de petit déjeuner. Globalement, l'hôtel Condor offre une bonne valeur pour une chambre unique à Munich.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. WWeerasiriThe room is clean and staff is very nice I request for the hot water and they lend me the electric hot pot. The location is very close to the central station and bus stop of the lufthansa express bus from airport so it’s very convenience to go out of town or to airport as it pretty close to the transport hub. The bus terminal is also in walkable range. The room still use the key not the electric lock pad but you can leave the key to the reception and take it when your’e back. There’s luggage storage room as well.
