« Le nom est Munich Deluxe Hotel, mais le check-in effectif est destiné à Munich City, à droite voisine. Aucune instruction et aucun rappel n'a été trouvé au début, et plusieurs pistes ont été tournées dehors.
Le personnel de la réception a contacté trois hommes, les deux hommes n'étaient pas très enthousiastes et dispersés. La dame était très enthousiaste et fournit quelques instructions et explications.
Il y a des chaînes Netflix et Disney à la télévision et un WiFi gratuit est satisfaisant.
Le petit déjeuner gratuit est bon. La variété est relativement riche, le lait est très parfumé. »

KKCcccccccccThe location is excellent as it is just next to the Main train station ( but the areas around the station are quite shabby).
The high-floor room I was given was spotless with a good view overlooking the city ( in front of the station ).
The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection of food.
I first came here more than 10 years ago and I still found the lobby and the room look renovated and modern.
I will stay here again if I go to Munchen in the future.

IInvitéL'hôtel est proche de la gare, mais la fenêtre de cette pièce est très petite à l'autre côté, il devrait être adapté à la partage d'une fenêtre à côté, mais cette fenêtre a une fenêtre avec un quart de la fenêtre. La chambre est rectangulaire, puis la position des deux côtés est très bonne, Mais la position du lit et du mur est trop proche, la boîte ne peut être remorquée par les gens très chaudes, donc la poche peut prendre le sac de bagages du lit. Les gens ne peuvent pas se déplacer. La dernière journée n'a pas de bains chauds. En résumé, cette chambre n'est pas une bonne chambre, Trip.com me fait encore une fois. Trip.com me fait une autre fois.

靠近慕尼黑HBF，旁邊有餐館，還有葯店，方便；房間床很大，枕頭有些硬；我們訂的商務雙床間，從房間到浴室之間還有一個像起居間的地方，非常寬敞；拖鞋很舒服；酒店前台也很熱情。
不過明顯做房屋清潔的人丟三落四。到的第1天，房間裏既沒有拖鞋，也忘了燒水壺，沐浴露也快沒有了。我們第2天沒有讓做衞生，第3天讓做了一個衞生，結果洗澡巾又衹換了一個人的，沐浴露洗髮露還是忘了加。
周邊環境和往來人羣複雜，快走到酒店這條小街時，明顯感到路上有很多的複雜的人羣。我們這一路旅行，每到一個海外城市其實大多住在火車站附近，雖然往來人多，但看上去基本還都是比較週週整整的正常出行的人。但這一家三獅旅社那條街上明顯看複雜很多（總有一些無所事事的人站在兩邊），而一些鋪面的招牌上讓人猜可能是複雜的場所吧，每次經過時心裏有些異樣。這一點攜程完全沒有提示，有些不應該，如果是單身的女性或者帶很小的孩子家庭是不推薦住在那裡的。

Yyuk kei elstan fongL'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare centrale de Munich. Il y a un supermarché à proximité, à 1 minute à pied. Le restaurant Neni Chicken propose une cuisine délicieuse le soir et l'ambiance est excellente. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits du séjour !

AAToiI recently stayed at Flemings Hotel for three nights and found its location to be exceptional. Just a 5-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof (central station), the hotel is also very close to Marienplatz and easily walkable to the renowned art museums, making it perfect for travelers wanting to explore Munich on foot.
The room was noticeably clean, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. However, one unusual design feature stood out - the fully glass toilet area. While visually modern, this design choice completely lacks privacy, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. It's something potential guests should be aware of before booking.
The hotel's Italian restaurant was a consistent highlight of my stay. I dined there every evening, and the dinner service was exceptional. The service staff during dinner were particularly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistently good, making my evening meals a real pleasure.
Unfortunately, my last day brought a stark contrast. I decided to try the hotel's breakfast, and the experience was disappointing. The service staff at breakfast was noticeably different - the approach felt rude and impersonal. The way payment and room number were requested came across as condescending, which was a significant departure from the warmth I'd experienced during dinner. The breakfast itself was underwhelming, with little to recommend.
To sum up, the hotel offers a great location and excellent dinner service, but comes with some notable inconsistencies. The glass toilet design might be a deal-breaker for those seeking privacy, and the breakfast service needs improvement. \\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
