The location is good, close to train station and big parking which is free. Normal breakfast and service. However, the air con was not working in one of my room. They can't fix it and not willing to change a new room.

Le service de la réception est bon, patient, explication, conseils, la chambre est propre, il y a beaucoup d'armoires, pratiques à ranger, il y a des collations et des bonbons, très chaud, il y a un climatiseur au plafond dans la chambre, il y a aussi un radiateur, et il y a aussi un radiateur de salle de bain. Chaud, . Il y a un parking gratuit, mais il faut vérifier auprès de la réception.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare et des principaux sites touristiques. Le bâtiment, ancien et élégant, est magnifique. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, ce qui était un peu bruyant car la rue est animée. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été excellent. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons pris deux petits-déjeuners à l'hôtel ; le choix était copieux, le café un peu particulier, mais les autres options étaient excellentes. Le jus d'orange était fraîchement pressé. Nous recommandons cet hôtel ! Merci !

Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

Excellent hôtel, tant au niveau de l'emplacement que de la chambre. Propre, bien rangé et confortable. Bien que la pièce soit petite, elle dispose d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière à induction, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une table à manger et de bols. . Tout est disponible. J'y retournerai la prochaine fois.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

Bien pour dormir et prendre une douche, mais je serais triste de devoir rester plus d'une nuit. C'est un à partir d'une tente. La chambre double est un lit situé au-dessus d'un autre lit en mezzanine avec une échelle raide pour pratiquer l'alpinisme. Le son est un problème ici car il migre depuis la porte d'à côté et vers l'extérieur. Apportez des bouchons d'oreilles

Отель удобно расположен в центре. Очень приятный персонал на ресепшн. Уборка была каждый день. Круглосуточное заселение и доступ в отель. В номере было тепло - работал обогреватель. Ремонт уставший, но для помыться и поспать подходит более чем.
