Hôtels 3 étoiles à Riyad

Had a very nice stay at Rosa Grand Hotel during a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Exhibition Centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also felt comfortable throughout my stay as a female traveller. Overall, a simple but very good hotel with great service and a convenient location. Would happily stay here again.

Sama inn is a budget hotel. So, we need to be prepared for every small room with a bed and just about space on both sides to walk. Table which has the kettle and all amenities. Small space to work with a small makeup seat to work. Sofa, which is not huge that leaves hardly any space to move. Otherwise, the room is neat. The bathroom is spacious. I got a room with a window, all the rooms don't have a window. Breakfast was decent with few options. Staff in general was friendly and assisted with most of the requests.

The Hotel is really near to Saudi Arabia most popular place call Souk Al-Zal,so I can go shopping there easily

تجربة استثنائية وضيافة بأسلوب رفيع في فندق حديث وعصري! منذ لحظة الوصول، تبدأ التجربة المتميزة بابتسامة وترحيب صادق من ناضرول، لتنتقل إلى الاستقبال وتجد كل الترحيب والضيافة والاحترافية العالية من آلاء. وتكتمل هذه التجربة الرائعة في الفترة المسائية (بعد الساعة ٤ عصراً) مع راكان، الذي لا يقل احترافية ومهنية عن باقي زملائه. مما أثار إعجابي بشدة وأود الإشادة به، هو موقف يعكس الذكاء والتعامل الاحترافي من ناضرول؛ حيث طلبت منه خدمة تتطلب التعامل مع طرف خارجي، ورغم أن الأنظمة المتبعة تمنع ذلك، إلا أنه تعامل مع الأمر بقمة الذكاء والأدب، وأبلغ موظفي الاستقبال لتوضيح الأمر لي بأسلوب راقٍ واحترافي وفق الأنظمة ودون أي إحراج. كما أود أن أشكر الأخ سمير شكرة خاصاً، والذي كان يحاول جاهداً ويسعى بكل وسع لتقديم أي خدمة ومساعدة بكل طيب خاطر واجتهاد يشكر عليه. أما الإفطار فكان لذيذاً جداً، والخدمة والنظافة بشكل عام ممتازة وبلا ملاحظات. كل الشكر والتقدير لكل من آلاء، راكان، ناضرول، وسمير ولإدارة الفندق على هذا الطاقم الاحترافي والمميز!

Je ne savais pas que la chambre n' avait pas de fenêtre dans la salle de séjour 105 . La vue de la chambre était les escaliers de feu, qui était assez choquant. La chambre était très propre et la réception était très belle. Le service est assez lent quand on demande tard le soir, mais rapide pendant le jour. En général, il est un bon hôtel, et je le recommande.

Bon service, mais il y a un problème d'égouts avec une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain, malgré un nettoyage fréquent.

Parlons d'abord des avantages : l'emplacement n'est pas mauvais, entouré de certaines agences gouvernementales et hôtels d'Arabie saoudite. Le ministère de la Défense, le ministère de l'Éducation, le ministère de la Santé et l'hôtel Marriott ne sont pas loin. sont un peu vieux, on voit qu'ils sont tous d'occasion. Il a de vrais matériaux et quelques améliorations, comme le port USB à côté de l'alimentation électrique ; le petit déjeuner est riche en variété ; à 22 heures du soir et dispose de beaucoup d'équipement. Inconvénients : le réseau est extrêmement médiocre, à tel point qu'il tombe en panne et tombe souvent en panne ; il y a des chambres individuelles au troisième étage et à l'extérieur se trouve le toit du bâtiment voisin. Les interférences du récepteur de télévision par satellite et du serveur. est très fort et le bruit est également fort.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. About a ten minute walk to the metro station. Everything necessary was provided; toothbrush, toothpaste, shampy, shower gel, slippers, razors so that was handy. The downside is it was in a building site, with construction noise 24/7 and the surrounding streets dusty, sandy and filled with diggers, cranes and skips. In 2-3 years this area will be nice and modern but now it's a mess.
