Hôtels 4 étoiles à Changsha

Rien à redire. La chambre était assez petite, mais je ne peux pas dire que je manquais d'espace. L'agencement est parfait. La salle de bain est un peu juste, en revanche. Je n'ai pas vraiment profité des commodités de l'hôtel, mais je les ai testées et elles semblaient correspondre à la description. L'emplacement était plutôt bon : pas trop proche de tout, mais pas trop loin non plus. Le personnel est accueillant et enthousiaste. Honnêtement, vu le prix, c'est plutôt une aubaine.

La chambre était très propre, le service excellent et ils m'ont même appelée à l'avance pour me demander mes préférences pour la chambre.

Excellent location! many restaurants right below, couple of food trucks at night perfect for us. just few minutes along the main road to the train station and huangxing street. one issue is that the cars can’t drive to the hotel directly so the pickup and drop off has to be at the road opposite, but it’s fine. Free laundry service, luggage delivery to the airport! 5 stars for that. Room is slightly small to open two large luggages. Breakfast spread was good and there’s fried egg! They also have free afternoon and night dessert available tho we didn’t try it. Gym isn’t big but has the main equipments. Receptionist 小陈和小杨 were professional and really helpful! Overall a comfortable stay, will be back if i’m back in changsha again.

Great hotel located along a bustling street. As it is a pedestrian street, do note that cars aren't allowed to enter and stop directly infront of the hotel. There is some distance to walk from the main street to the hotel but it isn't a long stretch. Design and vibe of the place is impeccable, I am thoroughly pleased with it. However the room I stayed in did feel abit stuffy at times, as there weren't any windows towards the outdoors. Not a major issue overall. There was a small ventilation window towards the corridor. Tastefully designed. There was a bright light emitting from the smart toilet that unfortunately shone brightly towards the sleeping area and when we switched off the lights in the room, it was like a beacon in the dark. Very distracting. We tried to cover it up but couldnt entirely remove the brightness of it. It was really unfortunate placement of things I suppose, and the layout of the room. I believe it doesn't happen for all rooms so perhaps it was just the layout of this room. Amenities were good and sufficient. No full length mirror sadly. The staff were kind and helpful, we asked to leave our luggage there 2days prior and they were ok to keep it for us. They also helped keep delivery parcels for us. They also have a wechat contact and are prompt to reply to texts and enquiries. We also had some issues with a delivery item arriving late after had left and the staff were so helpful and accommodating as we texted over wechat to coordinate the return pick up of the item. Really grateful for their help and service attitude. Overall great experience and would definitely consider coming back again!

13年畢業後，室友們奔赴不同的城市，日常靠微信閑聊，一直計劃下一次長沙的重聚，但由於時間不湊巧，計劃落空，對此我心裏還挺遺憾的。這次終於協調好時間，一齊回到這座裝滿我們青春的星城，選擇在這家酒店落腳，和他們多年未見，內心格外激動。 酒店地理位置很好，離母校也不遠，還靠近湖南省博，回想當年我們沉迷考試讀研，也沒能好好品讀湖湘大地的過往。 白天重走讀書路，夜間回到房間敞開心扉，聊聊各自生活得失。房間衞生收拾的一絲不苟，床鋪乾淨整潔，空間也算開闊，足夠幾人一起圍坐，配套設施都很智能，隔音也不錯，我們可以肆無忌憚的聊天，不用擔心打擾別人。好似回到大學宿舍，氛圍滿滿... 在此要給前台的小姐姐們100個贊，熱情細緻，不僅幫我們寄存行李，還貼心的告知遊玩交通路線，和推薦周邊美食，服務待人親切周到，住的十分安心，體驗感非常不錯。 這場來之不易的相聚，舒適省心的住宿，這座城市、這家酒店、還有同行的老友，以及在博物館的所見所感，都會成為此次旅程最珍貴柔軟的回憶~

Nous avons réservé la chambre familiale avec deux lits, ce qui était parfait pour notre famille de quatre. Le personnel de l'hôtel était chaleureux et attentionné, et ils ont même offert aux enfants un sac de bienvenue avec des friandises. Le hall d'entrée propose des fruits, des bonbons et des biscuits toute la journée. Le plus appréciable est que le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 11h et qu'il est très varié. La station de métro est juste en bas de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Un jour de pluie, nous n'avons pas pu sortir dîner, alors nous avons commandé à emporter. Tous les restaurants célèbres des environs livrent, ce qui nous a évité de faire la queue, très pratique !

Location is fantastic, walking distance to most of the famous tourist spots (streets). Breakfast is quite decent as well. Though some parts of the hotel might be a bit old, but is really children friendly. My child loves his stay here very much. Thanks to 叶子 for extending our check out time upon knowing that our flight is in the evening. Will choose this hotel again if I happen to visit Changsha again.

Hotel location is very central, easy to call Didi, nearby restaurants walking distance and allow check out time at 2pm without requesting for it.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

L'emplacement est près de la station de métro Wuyi Square. C'est à trois minutes à pied de la sortie 7. Montez les marches et tournez à gauche pour rejoindre le hall de l'hôtel. J'ai choisi cet hôtel après l'avoir longuement regardé. l'emplacement, et deuxièmement, les critiques de tout le monde étaient bonnes. Oui, c'est un assez bon hôtel. Les logements sont tous répartis sur plus d'une douzaine d'étages, mais c'est très sûr, car il faut glisser la carte de sa chambre avant de pouvoir utiliser l'ascenseur pour y accéder. rendez-vous à l'étage d'enregistrement, ce qui est plus rassurant. Et c'est super calme ici, sans aucun bruit. La réception a également amélioré le type de chambre. Grâce à Miss Mini pour son aide et son service enthousiaste, cela m'a permis de me sentir plus bien dans la ville de Changsha. Pendant les quelques jours que j'ai passés ici, tous les problèmes ont été pratiquement résolus. Lorsque le climatiseur n'était pas chaud, un ventilateur de chauffage était fourni. C'est digne d'éloges.
