The room was very satisfactory, and the service at the hotel front desk was also very good. My shirt was left at the hotel, and staff members No. 3 and No. 5 also carefully looked for it and sent it to me. Thank you very much. Excellent location! many restaurants right below, couple of food trucks at night perfect for us. just few minutes along the main road to the train station and huangxing street. one issue is that the cars can’t drive to the hotel directly so the pickup and drop off has to be at the road opposite, but it’s fine. Free laundry service, luggage delivery to the airport! 5 stars for that. Room is slightly small to open two large luggages. Breakfast spread was good and there’s fried egg! They also have free afternoon and night dessert available tho we didn’t try it. Gym isn’t big but has the main equipments. Receptionist 小陈和小杨 were professional and really helpful! Overall a comfortable stay, will be back if i’m back in changsha again.

Very happy with this hotel. We stayed 5N, and totally enjoyed our stay. We had intended to stay only one night, but eventually extended our stay to 5 nights. I highly recommend this hotel. Location - Location was superb. Tai Ping Old Street was at door step. Walking distance to Wu Yi shopping area. Very close to main attractions too. Plenty of food around. There were also pharmacy, Lawson, Starbucks, McDonald's, BK, cinemas and skating rink nearby. You might want to download Gaode App as Google Map can't be used in China. Room - Hotel room was beautifully furnished. Soft lightings, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, luxurious sheets. Room came with fridge, coffee machine and designer armchair. 2 coffee capsules provided daily. Beautiful cup and saucer, even the water glasses were aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom amenities were of good quality. There is also AI personal assistant. Service Service was excellent. Staff were very warm and obliging. They helped us booked our tickets to Hunan Museum as we didn't know how to navigate on Wechat. There was a robot that sent everything we needed to our room promptly, including our food orders. Downsides Lack of security, no controlled access to rooms. No full length mirror in the room. Water temperature inconsistent, making it uncomfortable to shower in winter. Overall I would gladly return. I would also recommend it to my family and friends. Things to note Didi wasn't able to drop us at hotel doorstep as it was located inside Tai Ping Old Street. Hotel was about a 10m walk from the North Gate entrance, it took us awhile to find it as we arrived at midnight. We had to drag our luggage on the cobblestone pavement but it wasn't that bad. We are visitors from the UK who spent a 3 night stay at the the Fancy Hotel. We chose it due to the hotel’s proximity to Hunan Museum - less than 10 minutes walk away. The location is great - Martyr’s Park is just alongside the museum. It is a lovely place to walk and there is plenty to do once you are inside. There is also a metro station and very large shopping mall with numerous eateries - including a Burger King and KFC within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. Decor is good. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we could need for a short stay - including charging cables and electric curtains! There was an extensive range of Chinese options for breakfast. Western options were more limited and included fruit, toast, butter, jam, boiled eggs, coffee, croissants and a surprising array of small cakes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They did not speak English - but patience, a smile and Google translate helped us to communicate. The hotel has a roof garden and small gym There are food delivery options, which we didn’t have time to investigate. Sadly there did not appear to be anywhere to buy a coffee on site. We liked the hotel and thought it great value for money. We would definitely return on a future trip to Changsha.

La propreté était impeccable, le service excellent et mon séjour très satisfaisant. L'hébergement était également très agréable, avec une excellente insonorisation qui m'a permis de ne pas être dérangé par le bruit du rez-de-chaussée la nuit. Les équipements étaient par ailleurs très complets. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Changsha.

The check in was smooth and the attendants at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room came with complimentary vouchers for 2 coffee which you can get downstairs. Attendant No.2 at the reception was extremely helpful on our check out day where she guided us with booking additional hourly rate stay since our flight was at night. She went over and above in making our stay pleasant.

I had a pleasant stay overall and would consider coming back in the future. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. As I was celebrating my birthday, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The room’s aesthetic was stylish and cozy, and the cleanliness met my expectations. The staff were also wonderful throughout my stay. They were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I had a request. There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The hotel is located inside an alley, so taxis are unable to drive directly to the entrance. Unfortunately, I arrived during a rainstorm and ended up stranded outside with my luggage. To make matters worse, the lobby door sensor wasn’t very responsive and took several attempts before it finally opened. I spent a few amusing (and slightly miserable) minutes standing in the rain waiting for the door to decide I was worthy of entry! Another small issue was the elevator. For a hotel with only seven floors, the lift felt surprisingly slow at times, especially when heading back to the room after a long day out. That said, the comfortable room, thoughtful birthday upgrade, beautiful design, and excellent service made the stay enjoyable overall. If you’re looking for a clean and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel with attentive staff, this is definitely worth considering.

La chambre est propre et propre, les lits sont doux et confortables, il y a un bon sommeil, les installations sont complètes, l'environnement est calme, le service de la réception est très attentif, le service de sourire est très confortable, le petit déjeuner est riche et délicieux, une poudre de riz est très délicieuse, la localisation est confortable, il y a une place de course autour, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, le voyage suivant choisira de rester! C'est vraiment satisfait.

L'emplacement est près de la station de métro Wuyi Square. C'est à trois minutes à pied de la sortie 7. Montez les marches et tournez à gauche pour rejoindre le hall de l'hôtel. J'ai choisi cet hôtel après l'avoir longuement regardé. l'emplacement, et deuxièmement, les critiques de tout le monde étaient bonnes. Oui, c'est un assez bon hôtel. Les logements sont tous répartis sur plus d'une douzaine d'étages, mais c'est très sûr, car il faut glisser la carte de sa chambre avant de pouvoir utiliser l'ascenseur pour y accéder. rendez-vous à l'étage d'enregistrement, ce qui est plus rassurant. Et c'est super calme ici, sans aucun bruit. La réception a également amélioré le type de chambre. Grâce à Miss Mini pour son aide et son service enthousiaste, cela m'a permis de me sentir plus bien dans la ville de Changsha. Pendant les quelques jours que j'ai passés ici, tous les problèmes ont été pratiquement résolus. Lorsque le climatiseur n'était pas chaud, un ventilateur de chauffage était fourni. C'est digne d'éloges.
