EEnder 22Bringing friends on this trip was a great decision! As soon as we walked in, the housekeeper came over to help us with our luggage. They specially arranged a quiet room for us. There was also a shuttle bus available to pick us up and drop us off. My friends all said that the service was meticulous and heartwarming. They will definitely choose this place for their next vacation.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was warm and professional. The hotel is extremely cozy, making you feel right at home. Moreover, the serene environment, surrounded by trees and ancient buildings, makes this hotel the top choice. The rooms are very comfortable, and Puwei even upgraded our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea right at our doorstep. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service, especially from Puwei. He is not only incredibly helpful but also guided us through all the surrounding itineraries. He even picked us up from the car park and assisted with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated due to the uneven roads. Overall, this trip has been thoroughly enjoyable, despite Shaoxing not being fully developed for international tourists yet. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together. While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.
