We were there the weekend of 8/22. My 14-year-old daughter wrote this. The hotel room environment was very scenic and well structured, providing a view from a balcony and multiple windows. The indoor layout design is also well organized, including adjacent separate rooms for a shower, sink, and toilet. However, the door to the toilet should be closed carefully since it tends to slam shut. The raised platform with a desk and seat is convenient for working. The room was equipped with sufficient lighting and air conditioning for the hot weather. Outside, the food vendors were available for purchasing meals, along with the wide selection of breakfast choices in the cafeteria. For entertainment, there are stores selling merchandise outside, and some musical performances.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent — all the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and everything was smooth during the stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it easy to get around. One small downside was the sound insulation. Conversations in the corridor could be heard quite clearly, and noises from the neighboring room, such as showering, were also noticeable. This might be something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. That said, the good service really stood out, and overall it offers good value for money.

This establishment is not only exceptional but also incredibly convenient for all tourists. Every attraction is within walking distance, and if you feel like taking a stroll behind the hotel, you will find Jishan Park, which connects to various tourist spots. The hotel is extremely cozy, making you feel right at home. Moreover, the serene environment, surrounded by trees and ancient buildings, makes this hotel the top choice. The rooms are very comfortable, and Puwei even upgraded our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea right at our doorstep. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service, especially from Puwei. He is not only incredibly helpful but also guided us through all the surrounding itineraries. He even picked us up from the car park and assisted with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated due to the uneven roads. Overall, this trip has been thoroughly enjoyable, despite Shaoxing not being fully developed for international tourists yet. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

The hotel is well located, next to shopping mall and other restaurants. Room is very clean and has good space, not smoking room available . Staff very friendly. Laundry service with good price and also there is a self laundry area.

L'hôtel a des aspects positifs et négatifs. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, ce qui était certainement un plus. Cependant, il y avait plusieurs questions qui ont affecté mon séjour. La chambre de bains a été très agréable, mais elle a été très agréable et très agréable. La chambre était située au 17ème étage, directement en dessous du cantine au 18ème étage. Dès le début du matin, il y avait des sons constants de tables et de chaises qui étaient en train de se faire glisser sur le sol, ce qui était très perturbant et le fait difficile de se reposer. Le service de garde-fous était également décevant. Il n'y avait pas de hanger de porte “Ne pas déranger” fourni dans la chambre. Même quand je me suis tournée sur la lumière Ne pas déranger, le personnel de garde-fous a toujours balayé à ma porte pour demander si je voulais nettoyer la chambre. Le personnel a été touché à une fois à 9 heures, alors que je dormiais encore, ce qui était assez annoyant. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de lave-vaisselle à l'abri, les lave-vaisselles ont bien nettoyé les vêtements et les sèches ont fonctionné efficacement. Il y a aussi un saloon avec de bons équipements, ainsi que des installations de snooker et de tennis de table qui ont fourni des options de loisirs agréables pendant le séjour.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Perfect location for especially Indians...nearby Indian restaurant on walking distance

L'hôtel est un peu ancien et les chambres ont besoin de rénovation mais la situation est parfaite La chambre n'a pas de savon à main juste petite bouteille de gel de douche qui ne peut être utilisée qu'une fois pour la douche mais pas de savon pour laver la main
