Hôtels 4 étoiles à Le Caire

1. L'évaluation de l'hôtel sur trip.com ne reflète pas la réalité ; la note de 10/10 est tout simplement fausse. 2. Le mobilier de l'hôtel est de qualité médiocre. 3. La climatisation de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Malgré mes réclamations, la direction n'a pris aucune mesure sérieuse. J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à dormir. La climatisation était réglée sur 16 °C, mais l'écran affichait entre 27 et 29 °C. 4. Le pire, c'était le matelas : très épais et de très mauvaise qualité. Impossible de dormir à cause de son état. Je m'en suis plaint, mais le responsable a répondu que c'était le seul matelas disponible et qu'il ne pouvait rien y faire. Je lui ai dit que j'allais me plaindre auprès de trip.com. Il m'a alors appelé et a promis de changer le matelas, mais il m'envoyait systématiquement le même, avec un emballage différent. C'était une arnaque ! Il n'a rien fait. J'ai passé une nuit blanche. 5. Le restaurant ouvre à 8h du matin et la nourriture est de mauvaise qualité. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

My stay here was absolutely incredible, mostly thanks to Bassel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His service was truly world-class, but more than that, his warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and helpful. I’m already planning my next trip back just to stay here again. Thank you, Bassel, for making our journey so special!

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et des bars, mais sur une artère principale, ce qui le rend bruyant 24h/24 et 7j/7. La réception ne fournit pas de bouchons d'oreilles et les portes-fenêtres des balcons ferment mal, ce qui perturbe le sommeil. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel est aimable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, sans café (seulement des dosettes Nescafé) et avec des couverts en plastique, ce que je n'avais jamais vu auparavant. C'est convenable pour un séjour d'une ou deux nuits, mais je ne recommanderais pas les chambres donnant sur la rue pour les longs séjours.

Bel endroit récent, encore en travaux lors de ma visite. Il ne propose pas encore de repas, seulement le petit-déjeuner, mais Uber est bon marché et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité, à 15-20 minutes. Cela me convenait parfaitement car j'avais essayé de réserver un hôtel près de l'aéroport pour deux nuits et le prix n'arrêtait pas d'augmenter. J'ai donc opté pour cet endroit à 20 minutes et le prix était intéressant. Tout le personnel était très aimable et serviable.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

En gros, tout a dépassé les attentes. Il était préparé pour être un vieil hôtel, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'entretien soit particulièrement bon, ce qui a dépassé les attentes. Le prix est également très convenable. Je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion.
