Hôtels 4 étoiles à Le Caire

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

My stay here was absolutely incredible, mostly thanks to Bassel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His service was truly world-class, but more than that, his warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and helpful. I’m already planning my next trip back just to stay here again. Thank you, Bassel, for making our journey so special!

The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

L'emplacement était parfait !! Le bureau de voyage de l'hôtel a été très utile pour organiser les services de taxi pour les visites touristiques du Caire copte et islamique. L'hôtel a surclassé notre chambre de la vue sur la ville à la vue sur le Nil, ce qui était très généreux. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était bon et le service était de haut niveau. .. Inconvénients : les horaires de la piscine devraient être plus longs au moins jusqu'à 20 heures du soir.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

Pour le prix payé (plus de 100 $US la nuit) pour trois chambres, et compte tenu du fait qu'il s'agissait d'un Hilton, nous avons été extrêmement déçus. Le hall d'entrée était prometteur et le personnel très agréable. Cependant, les chambres étaient dans un état déplorable et ne semblaient pas très propres. Il y avait des couloirs étranges et des pièces aléatoires par lesquelles nous devions passer avant d'accéder à notre chambre. Le personnel, quant à lui, était formidable. Je ne peux absolument pas dire que ce soit à la hauteur des standards Hilton et j'ai été extrêmement déçu, surtout quand on sait qu'Hilton est une marque internationale.

Nous avons vraiment aimé l emplacement. Une rue animée avec plein de restaurants de qualités, de cafés à chicha,… à proximité de tous et au centre du Caire. Il faut savoir que la piscine de m hôtel est aussi celle d un club de natation donc occupé du matin au soir. C’est un détail à prendre en compte si on pense y trouver de la tranquillité. Il y a ce qu’ils appellent là grand hammam qui est plutôt un bassin entre piscine et pataugeoire. Cela a fait l affaire de notre côté afin de nous rafraîchir après une journée de visite sous la chaleur. Nous n avions pas le temps de flâner o bord de la piscine avec la quantité de choses à faire au Caire. Le petit dej est correct et bon. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix bien. Nous étions cités dans une chambre côté rue ce qui paraissait être un problème à cause du bruit et des Klaxons incessant c est une habitude local mais finalement Non nous avons très bien dormi. Nous sommes des couches tard entre minuit et 2h donc c était plus calme.

J'y ai séjourné 9 jours. L'hôtel était très propre, le personnel de la réception très serviable et respectueux, et le service client également très efficace. Je le recommande. J'ai rencontré un problème les deux derniers jours : un bruit de perceuse et d'autres bruits ont perturbé mon sommeil, et c'était assez bruyant. C'est tout ce que j'ai constaté.

L'hôtel propose un service de navette aéroport pratique, mais la signalisation est insuffisante. Le service assuré par le personnel à la prise en charge à l'aéroport était médiocre, en deçà des standards Novotel. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et les chambres sont relativement calmes. Les installations extérieures sont nombreuses et luxueuses. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et l'insonorisation laisse à désirer.

En gros, tout a dépassé les attentes. Il était préparé pour être un vieil hôtel, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'entretien soit particulièrement bon, ce qui a dépassé les attentes. Le prix est également très convenable. Je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion.
