Hôtels 4 étoiles à Benidorm

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

Excellent hotel vivant qui a une grande combinaison pour les générations plus jeunes et plus âgées.  Dans un endroit très bon, cela ne peut pas être adapté à tous en raison de la musique loud jusqu'à 6h dans les environs.  Personnel un grand, juste la sécurité qui parle brusquement si vous essayez de porter à la nourriture / boisson de l'extérieur.  Les chambres sont très basiques, les salles de bains sont quelque chose de la 90e, mais elles travaillent.

Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le récepteur était étonnant que je ne puisse pas le remercier assez son nom était Chef et quel super-étoile il m'a aidé tant que je dois retourner et lui donner un cadeau, il devrait obtenir une récolte avec tout ce qu'il fait.

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else. This was our second visit and will stay there again.

Hotel avec de belles chambres plein sud, très belle terrasse avec vue sur la rue et la piscine sans vue sur la mer. Propreté irréprochable, personnel agréable et disponible sauf au Spa. L'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement, surtout les salles de bains. Décor d'il y a 25 ans mais très bien entretenu. Restaurant bof bof bof, genre cantine. Le petit déjeuner et bien avec du choix. Les repas du midi et du soir passez votre chemin sauf si c'est purement alimentaire. Rapport qualité-prix ok hors saison. L'hôtel met en avant des services qui n'existent que en haute saison.

El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable. La comida del desayuno también estuvo muy rica y muy variada. Repeteríamos mucho está experiencia

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

Hotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux dans cet hôtel et bien sûr à Benidorm. Bien que nous le connaissions déjà, il ne cesse jamais de nous surprendre. L'hôtel très agréable, même si nous aurions aimé être dans une planche plus haute et avec de meilleures vues. Voyons si nous l'avons obtenue la prochaine fois, car je voudrais revenir. Le buffet de petit déjeuner nous a semblé très varié et abondant. Enfin, un séjour avec tout ce qui était attendu et plus.
