Checking in was decent, we had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready and to be fair it was new year's eve on Dec 31st so can't complain. The room is modern and upscale with a touch of traditional Indonesian heritage design. What I love most is the bed and bathroom..especially the rain shower plus the water pressure is perfect. We also received complementary cocholate as well to celebrate new year. Lastly breakfast menu was good, they served western and Indo menus, pastries and desserts. Overall was excellent.

The entrance greeter assisted us with carrying our luggage and even opened the car door for us, which made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. I booked an apartment-style room that was perfect for a family stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with a water dispenser. Although the hot water function was not working, we were still able to boil water using the pots and kettle provided. The washing machine was also a great addition, especially with its hot air drying function, which made doing laundry very convenient. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. It truly made my first trip to Jakarta an amazing and memorable experience.

La réceptionniste était merveilleuse. Une personne très agréable pour les relations avec la clientèle. Elle a fait un effort supplémentaire pour m'aider. La réception est au premier étage, pas au rez-de-chaussée où vous entrez. L'hôtel est confortable, propose un petit-déjeuner suffisant. Cependant, je recommande d'acheter du café séparément pour 25 000. C'est bien meilleur que celui inclus. L'hôtel dispose d'un sauna, d'un hammam, d'une piscine chauffée et d'une petite salle de sport au 3ème étage. Le lit est confortable, les serviettes sont propres et neuves.

Hôtel rebranding avec un nouveau nom et un nouveau concept plus esthétique, propre et frais ! La chambre était spacieuse, avec un intérieur blanc à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, ce qui semblait plus large et plus propre. Le menu du petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié mais le look du nouveau resto est sympa. Piscines pas très grandes mais suffisantes. Aire de stationnement également grande.

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois à l'hôtel Ciputra Jakarta, et c'est toujours mon hôtel de prédilection lorsque je suis à Jakarta. Son emplacement est extrêmement pratique, directement relié au centre commercial : idéal pour se restaurer et faire des courses rapides. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, bien qu'un peu vieillottes. Le service est toujours excellent, avec un personnel aimable et efficace. En résumé, un hôtel fiable et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix où je reviendrai sans hésiter.

This is my second stay at Artotel Casa Kuningan, and no doubt the location of the hotel and hotel breakfast remains the main advantages of this hotel if you're looking for a place to explore Kemang/Kuningan/or even to Grand Indonesia less traffic jam from this hotel. However, during this booking, what fell short was the service that rendered us speechless. We arrive at the hotel early at 10:00a.m. as we took an early flight, well aware that the hotel check-in is only at 14:00p.m. Hence, we registered our names and confirm our booking and was told that the room will be ready by 14:00p.m. So we left our luggages and went to have lunch and shopping at the malls. We reached back at 15:00p.m. and saw a different atmosphere at the reception. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting for their rooms, so since I have already registered earlier at 10a.m., I kindly ask the receptionist if my room is already check. They say wait awhile, will check. And seeing the faces of the other guests waiting at the lobby, I felt something was definitely off. And I waited until 15:20p.m. with no updates given from the staff with regards to the status of my check in, they all seemed frantic at their computers. Finally at 15:30p.m., I got the keys to my room but with no explanation on why was there this delay, 1hr30mins after the supposed check in timing and moreover, 5 hours after I have registered my name for my check in process. To note, there was a wedding reception in the hotel on that day. This may have made the check in process much delayed, but not valid for guests to be treated this way as the wedding reception date should have been known well before and hotel management should have planned the manpower resources accordingly. Additionally, the comfort of my stay was much interrupted too, as this time I was put to a room at level 3. Loud noises from the night bar could be heard very clearly from our rooms and it continued to midnight. Not only music noise, we can hear ladies heels stomping from above and this loud stomping made it worse to our inability to have a comfortable rest at night. Something needs to be solved with regards to the noise pollution heard from level 3 rooms. I have a video that could here the loud stomping from our rooms, but could not upload here. In short, avoid level 3, and their service can be better to uphold the standard since they first opened. Hotel breakfast remains amazing with a nice pool and yakult/juices.

J'ai eu un bon séjour mes enfants aussi aiment, le centre est si proche l'un de l'autre est juste à pied. Les personnels étaient aussi aimables et agréables J'ai demandé des pièges supplémentaires. Mais seulement le drain de toilettes était un peu choqué. autre que tht tout ok

I booked Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin for my boss during his business trip, and he had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient central location, making it easy to get to business meetings and nearby restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi for work. He also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of local and international dishes. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout his stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would confidently book this hotel again for future business trips.

La chaîne Swiss Bell Hotel est très coûteuse par rapport aux autres 4 hôtels étoiles. Pas de valeur pour de l'argent. Il y a plus de 4 hôtels étoiles beaucoup mieux que cela à un prix inférieur dans cette zone. J'ai connu cela. La première chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée est détestable. Ils m'ont donné une autre chambre avec les mêmes amenities. Réservé comme une chambre double. Mais les amenities étaient pour une seule personne. La location est très bonne. Près du centre de pondok indah. Personnel aussi très bon et ami. Mais la gestion agréable essaie de gagner de l'argent, donnant un hôtel de classe inférieure aux clients. Alors le problème est la gestion. Pas le personnel. Il n'y a pas de lobby de places, mais le restaurant a aussi des aliments et des boissons à prix élevés. Vous pouvez obtenir beaucoup mieux à un prix inférieur à ce que c'est ma conclusion finale.
