La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Ce que j'aime le plus est le lit et la salle de bain.. surtout la douche plus la pression de l'eau est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner était bon, ils servis des menus, des pâtisseries et des désserts de l'Ouest et de l'Indo.

La réceptionniste était merveilleuse. Une personne très agréable pour les relations avec la clientèle. Elle a fait un effort supplémentaire pour m'aider. La réception est au premier étage, pas au rez-de-chaussée où vous entrez. L'hôtel est confortable, propose un petit-déjeuner suffisant. Cependant, je recommande d'acheter du café séparément pour 25 000. C'est bien meilleur que celui inclus. L'hôtel dispose d'un sauna, d'un hammam, d'une piscine chauffée et d'une petite salle de sport au 3ème étage. Le lit est confortable, les serviettes sont propres et neuves.

Hôtel rebranding avec un nouveau nom et un nouveau concept plus esthétique, propre et frais ! La chambre était spacieuse, avec un intérieur blanc à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, ce qui semblait plus large et plus propre. Le menu du petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié mais le look du nouveau resto est sympa. Piscines pas très grandes mais suffisantes. Aire de stationnement également grande.

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois à l'hôtel Ciputra Jakarta, et c'est toujours mon hôtel de prédilection lorsque je suis à Jakarta. Son emplacement est extrêmement pratique, directement relié au centre commercial : idéal pour se restaurer et faire des courses rapides. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, bien qu'un peu vieillottes. Le service est toujours excellent, avec un personnel aimable et efficace. En résumé, un hôtel fiable et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix où je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Maia Jakarta Hotel. The excellent service and strategic location made up for some of the shortcomings. Pros: 1. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. 2. The location is fantastic, directly opposite Thamrin City. 3. We booked the Suite, which was spacious enough for three of us. There was plenty of room to open and pack our luggage comfortably. 4. The hotel kindly provided complimentary breakfast for our third guest, which was a nice gesture. 5. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bed was large enough for two people, while our third guest slept on the sofa. 6. Indomaret is just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. 7. Thamrin Mall is about a 5-minute walk away, and Grand Indonesia is around 10 minutes on foot. Cons: 1. We requested an extra pillow and quilt, and were informed there was an additional charge of IDR 50,000 and payment to be made directly to the housekeeping staff instead of being added to our room bill and settled during checkout, which felt rather unusual. 2. Hot water was only lukewarm and never got hot enough. 3. The room could not accommodate an extra bed despite our request, which may be inconvenient for some families or groups. 4. Only one key card was provided, which was inconvenient when our group wanted to head out separately. 5. The breakfast selection was quite basic with limited variety. 6. The room interior felt dated. The sliding toilet door was damaged and had to be forced open and closed by dragging it along the floor. 7. The shower area was extremely slippery, creating a safety concern. The bathroom ventilation was poor, and the shower drainage was slow, leaving the floor wet even the next morning. 8. The toilet faucet appeared dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. you might also consider to bring universal adapter for powerpoints. Despite these issues, the outstanding service and excellent location made our stay ok. If the hotel refreshes its rooms and improves the bathroom facilities, it would provide an even better guest experience.

This is my second stay at Artotel Casa Kuningan, and no doubt the location of the hotel and hotel breakfast remains the main advantages of this hotel if you're looking for a place to explore Kemang/Kuningan/or even to Grand Indonesia less traffic jam from this hotel. However, during this booking, what fell short was the service that rendered us speechless. We arrive at the hotel early at 10:00a.m. as we took an early flight, well aware that the hotel check-in is only at 14:00p.m. Hence, we registered our names and confirm our booking and was told that the room will be ready by 14:00p.m. So we left our luggages and went to have lunch and shopping at the malls. We reached back at 15:00p.m. and saw a different atmosphere at the reception. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting for their rooms, so since I have already registered earlier at 10a.m., I kindly ask the receptionist if my room is already check. They say wait awhile, will check. And seeing the faces of the other guests waiting at the lobby, I felt something was definitely off. And I waited until 15:20p.m. with no updates given from the staff with regards to the status of my check in, they all seemed frantic at their computers. Finally at 15:30p.m., I got the keys to my room but with no explanation on why was there this delay, 1hr30mins after the supposed check in timing and moreover, 5 hours after I have registered my name for my check in process. To note, there was a wedding reception in the hotel on that day. This may have made the check in process much delayed, but not valid for guests to be treated this way as the wedding reception date should have been known well before and hotel management should have planned the manpower resources accordingly. Additionally, the comfort of my stay was much interrupted too, as this time I was put to a room at level 3. Loud noises from the night bar could be heard very clearly from our rooms and it continued to midnight. Not only music noise, we can hear ladies heels stomping from above and this loud stomping made it worse to our inability to have a comfortable rest at night. Something needs to be solved with regards to the noise pollution heard from level 3 rooms. I have a video that could here the loud stomping from our rooms, but could not upload here. In short, avoid level 3, and their service can be better to uphold the standard since they first opened. Hotel breakfast remains amazing with a nice pool and yakult/juices.

The room was quite clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The dining and cooking utensils were fairly complete. The TV and sound system facilities have improved compared to before and are now better. The room was cool, the amenities were complete, and overall it was quite comfortable to stay in. Perhaps the water gallon could be given a bit more attention, as the water had a slight metallic smell when we were there. This might come from either the water itself or the dispenser. However, overall the place is comfortable and I would recommend it for staying.

Excellent hotel with great service. Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room with city view, and a careful staff. The whole experience was harmless and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend travelers staying here without worry.
