Hôtels 4 étoiles à Naples

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

Camera pulita, comunicazione ottima!

Все в целом хорошо, предварительно пишите перед заселением, с улицы отель найти будет тяжело. Расположение хорошое, номер в целом тоже. Единственный минус, что ночью, не могли попасть в номер, так как администратор после продления забыл нам продлить код доступа к двери на этаже, пришлось будить соседей на этаже (хорошо что был звонок в дверь) в 2 часа ночи, а в 7 утра уже был выезд в другой город. Извинений со стороны отеля даже не было, как и компенсации. Хотя мы могли потерять на билетах около 200 евро и еще спать на улице, если бы не наша настойчивость попасть в номер, где лежали все деньги и документы!

L'hôtel a suscité des sentiments mitigés. Points positifs : Emplacement pratique en centre-ville, à proximité du métro et des attractions. Il y a un supermarché à proximité. La chambre est propre. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : une file d'attente pour l'enregistrement (en principe, tout est clairement expliqué, y compris les boutons, mais il faut passer par trois portes fermées). L'emplacement du climatiseur sous la fenêtre et derrière le rideau. On l'entend depuis la chambre voisine, notamment depuis les toilettes (comme s'il était dans la chambre). Et surtout, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, ni le matin ni le soir, seulement pendant la journée. Est-ce que je retournerais dans cet hôtel ? Je ne pense pas.

Staying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

Standard Standard Holiday Inn, la chambre est grande et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est un modèle de petit-déjeuner blanc standard. Si vous réservez une chambre de luxe, vous pourrez utiliser à volonté le minibar du réfrigérateur. Inconvénients : L'emplacement est mal desservi et est loin de la station de métro. Le wifi dans la chambre est moyen et ne peut souvent pas être connecté. De plus, si vous avez besoin de vous garer, réservez auprès de l'hôtel au moins un jour à l'avance, sinon il y a de fortes chances qu'il n'y ait pas de place. La rentabilité globale est très élevée. Si vous n’avez pas d’exigences élevées en matière d’emplacement, je le recommande !

Апартаменты расположены очень удобно — в пешей доступности от главного вокзала. Однако найти их непросто: на Google Maps адрес не отображается, а видимых вывесок рядом нет, поэтому прибытие может оказаться затруднительным. Сам номер оставил отличное впечатление: просторный, чистый, со всеми удобствами. В наличии были кофемашина, чайник и даже джакузи помимо душа, что стало приятным бонусом. Круглосуточного персонала нет, для нас это не стало проблемой, но будущим гостям стоит учитывать. Завтрак разочаровал: всего лишь печенье и магазинные круассаны, ожидали большего. В целом, апартаменты отлично подойдут тем, кто ценит простор, чистоту и доступную цену, но готов потратить немного времени на их поиск и не рассчитывать на полноценный завтрак.
