Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

Everything is perfect! The scenery and hotel villa picture look exactly the same as its hotel's official photo. The food is delicious, the seed house is full of activities for kids, walking around the resort compound during a drizzling day is therapeutic. I regretted only staying for one night and extended some extra hours. Will definitely be on my bucket list to come back again once there's a direct flight to this place. The airport is under some construction hence we could only take the sleeper bus. It was a nice experience of the sleeper bus but I would not do that again. Overall this hotel has been one of the best forest resorts I have stayed at. A few friendly comments for improvement: the bathroom is too small and there's no separate shower room other than the shower head on top of the Jacuzzi tub. It is quite inconvenient as we need to climb in and out of the Jacuzzi to take a shower. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I have to wipe it with my own wet tissue. There is dirt at the water pressure outlets. The pillow is a bit too soft and thin.

Amazing hotel! Excellent design, modern appliances, and orthopedic mattresses on the beds. The service is outstanding: upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary arrangement of flowers and fruit in the room, and there are snacks and a minibar available. Every afternoon, there is a tea ceremony in the dining area where you can choose any tea served with snacks and dried fruits. The buffet breakfasts are diverse, and there is also a heated outdoor pool! The hotel is warm, which is very important for Da Lat, and it’s located near the city center with grocery stores close by.

Il a été très agréable de rester à l'hôtel. Tout le personnel était amiablement attentif et utile. La vue sur l'hôtel est spectaculaire. Seuls les soucis de la natation n'est pas si propre. plein de bugs, de poupées d'oiseaux et de saletés. Personne ne nage de la coz. Mais j'ai fait huhu. Conseils sur View de la chambre, si vous voulez une belle vue sur la montagne, opte pour la vue sur le Golf Course coz l'option réelle de la vue sur la montagne ne vous donne pas vraiment une belle vue sur la montagne. Si vous êtes un voyageur musulman, vous devez informer l'hôtel avant votre arrivée, afin qu'ils puissent essayer et héberger votre demande de repas halal pour le petit-déjeuner buffet. Il y a aussi un court de balle de pique-nique là (mais pour loyer malheureusement pas complimentaire) donc apporter vos attrages si vous êtes un joueur comme moi! La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Ils recommandent de venir à des occasions spéciales comme la NYE, Xmas et la Journée de libération/travail. Pour ceux qui voyagent solo comme moi et ne souhaitent pas voyager en bus pendant 7-8 heures à Da Lat, attendez jusqu'à ce que la rénovation de l'aéroport soit déjà effectuée après septembre 2026. Mais vous DEvez venir visiter Da Lat et si vous cherchez un camping tranquille et tranquille loin du buzz de la ville, C'est le camping que vous devez choisir. I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

Hôtel formidable, mais assurez-vous de réserver une chambre climatisée. Il fait froid en journée, et les petites chambres peuvent être un peu étouffantes (j'avais une chambre vintage avec balcon, mais sans climatisation). Le personnel est charmant, le petit-déjeuner excellent et l'emplacement idéal. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. 👌

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier Grab car is easily available Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car

Hôtel magnifique. C'était la deuxième fois que j'y séjournais. La décoration intérieure est entièrement composée d'antiquités et le bâtiment, construit en briques et en bois, offre une atmosphère très agréable. Le Wi-Fi, l'emplacement, le personnel et le petit-déjeuner sont tous excellents.
