We had an awesome stay in Lanson Place. Location was convenient. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Great n friendly staffs. We highly appreciate Jay's hospitality as she was being very proactive n friendly n knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet can be improved as I was actually looking for more Australian seasonal fruits such as Kiwis, and avocado n blueberries etc.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Housekeeping did a flawless job refreshing the room each day without ever interrupting my schedule. 👨💼 Friendly, Attentive Service Customer service here is both professional and warm. Front desk staff greeted me by name and were quick to offer directions, recommend hidden-gem eateries, and help with luggage. Room service was punctual, meals were presented beautifully, and every staff interaction made me feel genuinely welcome—not just another guest. 🧭 Thoughtful Facilities It’s the little things at Quay West that stand out: • A well-equipped kitchenette in each suite––perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a quick late-night snack. • In-room laundry facilities saved me from hunting down laundromats mid-trip. • The comfortable lounge and communal spaces offer a quiet place to work or unwind. • Gym and heated indoor pool, both kept spotless and perfect for a post-city exploration cooldown.

Great location for the theatre. We could see the Michael Jackson show sign from our room. Car park is off site and horrible to try and get a park in but only 5min walk from the hotel and $25/ day. Close to parliament station. China town and easily accessible to all city areas. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff were polite, and the happy hour was a nice touch. The room itself was compact but quiet, even being right by the lift. The bathroom, however, was tiny. No way two people could fit at once. The fan didn’t work so the mirror fogged completely, and the shower glass wasn’t long enough, leaving the floor soaked after every use. The bottom of the door showed water damage. Blinds let in light around the edges, and while the air conditioner was noisy, it didn’t really bother us. The luggage space wasn’t big enough to hold a hard case flat without tipping, which was a bit annoying but manageable. Breakfast was unfortunately the biggest low point. Service felt disorganised and slow. We waited almost 20 minutes for the rabke we were sat at to be cleared. The continental breakfast was uninspiring and pastries didn’t seem fresh. We paid an additional $5 per person for menu items since continental breakfast was included in our booking, but if I had paid the full $30–$35 separately, I would’ve been disappointed. Bacon was American-style (crispy), and they did do well offering coffee and tea promptly on arrival. However, the juice service was confusing. No glasses, limited plates, and unclear service flow. Amenities were almost non-existent. The “gym” was about the size of the bathroom with no treadmill or bike, and the rooftop could be much more inviting if it had a covered area or bar. Overall, the location saves it. Ok for a short city stay if you’re here for convenience, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or amenities. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again and not great value for money in my opinion.

Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommended this hote and would stay here again.

Le petit déjeuner est aussi bon que d'autres personnes recommandées ~~tout est satisfait sauf un personnel rude (grand et mince) à l'heure du petit déjeuner buffet, J'ai compris que l'ordinateur était hors d'ordre ce jour, mais elle a interrompu pour interroger le dernier nom, la chambre n'a pas été et les biens personnels pendant 3 fois, difficile à croire que , puisqu'il y avait une dame étrangère aide à check-in manuellement avant que personne entre dans le Restaurant , je l'ai vu arrêter une autre dame et je lui ai demandé le dernier nom quand elle était sur le chemin de prendre de la nourriture aussi, assez annoncé et inattendu de se produire en série par Marriott ~~

C'était ma troisième fois ici et ils ne sont pas déçus. La chambre est propre et élégante. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Les toilettes doivent être demandées tout le temps- il n'est pas toujours confortable surtout que vous en avez besoin quotidiennement et vous restez pendant 2 semaines.

Nous avons eu un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel Melbourne Marriott Docklands. La température de l'eau était parfaite pas trop chaude et pas trop froide et nos enfants l'aimaient absolument. En fait, ils ne voulaient pas sortir ! La vue de la piscine était également étonnante et l'expérience a été encore plus spéciale. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup d'options, et le personnel était incroyablement ami et hébergé tout au long de notre séjour. Nous allons vous rendre ici à l'avenir et nous avons déjà recommandé l'hôtel à nos familles et amis.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et j'y retournerais volontiers. La chambre était propre et tout le nécessaire. J'ai également apprécié l'aménagement intérieur et les couloirs. La piscine était agréable et propre. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de plusieurs arrêts de tramway. Il est également pratique de se promener dans tout le centre-ville.

L'hôtel était bien situé et le personnel était ami, donc nous avons eu un séjour agréable. Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale pour six personnes pendant trois nuits, mais nous avons effectivement reçu des chambres de connexion adjacentes. La clé de la salle de connexion n'était pas ouverte, donc nous avons dû demander à quelqu'un d'ouvrir la clé après notre entrée. Les chambres n'ont pas été équipées pour le nombre d'invités, nous avons donc dû demander plus. Aucune eau supplémentaire ou autre équipement n'a été fournie la deuxième ou la troisième nuit, et les décharges n'ont pas été éliminées.
