Il a eu de la chance d'être mis à jour au Executive Club pour mon séjour de 14 nuits et il faut admettre que nous avons fait le meilleur de cela. Petit-déjeuner préparé pour commander, thé du après-midi, vin à 6 heures et une grande sélection de plats cuits, fromage, gâteau/puddings, etc., ce qui signifie que nous n'avons pas besoin de dîner. La chambre était bonne avec une télévision moderne avec beaucoup de canaux et une vue intelligente sur le téléphone mobile/table (internet était fort dans l'hôtel). Le lit était vaste et confortable, les curtains de désertification et une lumière souple pour permettre le sommeil à tout moment et l'aircondition fonctionnait parfaitement et tranquillement. Les restaurants étaient un peu coûteux, mais il est un hôtel 5 étoiles qui est à prévoir. Cons: Le bar Desperados dans le fondement avait de bonnes musiques en direct mais était très décevant (meilleur évitée si vous ne vous êtes pas dans un groupe).

The hotel has a clean feel, staffs are efficient, friendly and helpful! We had Stephenjen check us in and was so helpful with our early check in and also sound us out about our booking as we had double booked by mistake; the Grand Kitchen breakfast had quite a nice selection of food for breakfast. The staffs were really friendly, efficient and hardworking! Special shout out to Ms Citra, who made us feel welcomed, Tri and Randi who were helpful and hardworking! Thank you for these lovely people who reflect the people and culture here - kind, respectful and service oriented.

I stayed here when my cousin get married on March 2021. Verwood hotel located in the very strategic area which near to toll, restaurant, public facility, etc. Guest only need to walk less than 5 mins to reach many restaurant around there : Warung Sederhana (Padang Restaurant), Ayam Bakar Prima Rasa, Boncafe, etc. This hotel divided into hotel and apartment. I stayed in the hotel because it already been renovated. Room Spacious enough and covered by carpet. Completed by sofa, desk, and chair, and also other amenities : mini refrigerator, TV, coffee/tea maker. This room looks like already being renovated. Bathroom Bathtub and shower is not separated. Need to pay more attention on the cleanness. Amenities was complete Pool I was asking for swim towel to reception, but they said that I can use towel in my room and they could change it if I want. No staff on the pool. Breakfast Standard variant menu for 4 star hotel : Indonesian menu, omelette, noodle, salad, dessert. We were waiting for several minutes to have fried rice while being refilled. Only less staff standby on the restaurant. Overall this is a good hotel because of their location. But, because this is not a new hotel, they need to have good maintenance to ensure that all facilities in a good condition.

Un bon hôtel dans la nouvelle partie de Surabaya. Grand mall om marche distance. L'hôtel est propre et moderne. Le styleWriter intérieur est un peu mélangé avec le moderne et classique. Pas vraiment clair. Chambres ok. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment asiatique avec Tous les aliments asiatiques. Il y a quelques céréales et du pain. Le café n'est pas vraiment fort. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone occupée avec aucun marché traditionnel à proximité. La zone n'est pas vraiment bon pour marcher dehors.

Stayed in one of their deluxe rooms (one level above standard) and it was worth the little extra money. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet although the hotel was facing a busy street. Options for breakfast were good and best of all, the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. It’s located about 5 min by car from Tunjungan Plaza but the price is much cheaper than the hotels in TP area. Can be a good option if you want to stay in the center of the city but with lower budget.

the hotel was nice, in a good location in the center of the city. breakfast was very good, with multiple choices from local to international. the room overall was okay, clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the sound proof was terrible, in the night it was difficult to sleep as from the nearby mosque came out the song another thing, the windows don't have the possibility to open even for a little to change the air

L'hôtel était sous-service pendant mon séjour. J'étais resté pendant 2 nuits. Le bureau de réception était toujours sans emploi, sauf pendant mon arrivée. Il semblait que le gardien de la maison devait doubler comme le récepteur. La chambre était propre, mais les étages n'étaient pas très bien nettoyés. J'étais dans une chambre double. J'ai été facturé Rp.100,000 pour un départ tardif après 1pm, ce qui me semble juste. Ils n'ont accepté que de l'argent pour ce paiement de checkout tardif, et comme je n'avais pas de trésorerie à la main, j'ai dû aller à l'Indomaret le plus proche pour trouver de l'argent. Il n'a pas non plus proposé d'autres solutions ni accepté ma solution d'un transfert bancaire mobile. Cela m'a fait retarder pour mon prochain engagement. Les chambres étaient adéquates.

Le service est bon, le personnel est facile à demander, il aime sonner, et pendant notre séjour ici, 3 jours, la chambre est toujours nettoyée. La nourriture était assez bonne, bien qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de variation, mais il y avait des fruits, des porridges de poulet, du riz frit, des noodles frits, etc. Peut-être qu'il est un peu moins de lumière, la lumière du jour est moins de lumière, Et il est mieux d'avoir des chaussures et des pantalons.
