Travelodge London Chessington Tolworth

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。 5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

Avoid staying in this hotel or Check the room condition and pay for hotel. I booked two rooms for five nights for my family and paid via PayPal. Upon check-in, I found the hotel and room standards way below advertised. The rooms and floor carpets are so smelly, and my kids started to pose breathing issues. I complained about the smell issue to the staff, and they came and sprayed the entire floor and caused more breathing issues inside the room since there was no ventilation system inside the room. I had to move into adjacent hotel middle of the night to sort out the breathing issue of my kids. I had complained to customer service about this issue, and so far, I only got partial reimbursement for my stay. I am very surprised that local authorities allow this hotel to operate. By far, this is the worse hotel i have come across.
