LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Great hotel, good view from the room at the city. But even better (actually amazing) 360° view from the rooftop, including of course towards Merapi. The room is good, there is a nice pool on the rooftop, as well as a good bar. No pool towels, though. The gym is very small and has a funny triangular shape, was a bit overcrowded with only 6 people at the same time. Only downside was the breakfast, fresh omelette was good, but some of the sweet bakery goods among the most tasteless things I've ever had. That said, still a great hotel with a nice art focused lobby and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Le séjour à l'ARTOTEL Yogyakarta est une expérience réfrigérée et agréable. Dès le moment où vous entrez dans le lobby, vous êtes accueillis par des pièces d'art courageuses et des touches de design créatif qui donnent à la place une vibe jeune et contemporaine. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et soigneusement conçues, avec juste l'équilibre entre fonctionnalité et style. Le lit était confortable et la propreté générale a été maintenue tout au long de la résidence. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de Yogyakarta, avec un accès facile aux cafés, aux plats et aux attractions clés. En général, ARTOTEL Yogyakarta est une excellente option si vous profitez d'hôtels de style boutique avec personnalité et personnalité.

La chambre était correcte, mais pas vraiment satisfaisante, car l'achat sur trip.com via le site tiers tiket.com n'a pas été retenu pour la chambre non-fumeur que nous avions choisie. Nous avons donc obtenu une chambre fumeur et toutes les chambres fumeurs étaient au même niveau. L'hôtel a fait un geste positif après que nous ayons appelé M. Bagus pour résoudre ce problème : l'hôtel était complet pour assurer le confort de notre chambre, le service d'entretien a changé nos draps et tout le linge de lit a été parfumé pour faire disparaître l'odeur de fumée. J'étais désespérée, car le tiers était une agence de voyages locale tiket.com, qui n'était pas fiable comme Traveloka, c'est pareil. Trip.com s'excuse déjà pour l'erreur et nous offre sa reconnaissance. Je ne prendrai donc aucune autre mesure ni plainte, car la direction de l'hôtel a déjà fait de son mieux pour résoudre notre problème. Merci. J'espère que cela ne se reproduira plus. Ils doivent vérifier et s'assurer que leur accord avec le tiers est bien respecté et qu'aucune erreur ne se reproduira.

My stay at Loman Park Hotel was adequate, but the property appears to be showing its age and would benefit from significant maintenance and refurbishment. While the staff were generally pleasant and the location was convenient, many of the facilities and amenities felt run down and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that routine upkeep has not been a priority for some time. In particular, the room furnishings showed noticeable wear and tear. The towels provided were frayed and worn out, and several cushions in the room and common areas appeared aged, flattened, and overdue for replacement. These details detracted from the comfort and quality one would expect from a hotel of this standard. A more concerning issue was the hygiene of the bottled drinking water containers provided in the room. Upon inspection, black mould-like growth was visible on the silicone stoppers of the glass bottles. This raised serious concerns about cleaning procedures and attention to sanitation standards. Given that these containers are intended for drinking water, this was particularly disappointing and undermined confidence in the hotel's overall hygiene practices. Overall, Loman Park Hotel offers a functional stay, but the deteriorating condition of the facilities, lack of maintenance, and hygiene concerns mean that there is considerable room for improvement. With greater attention to refurbishment, cleanliness, and replacement of worn amenities, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles, situé dans la ville en direction de Prambanan. L'attitude de service de l'hôtel est très bonne. La réception parle très bien anglais. Parce que nous devons partir très tôt, l'hôtel a préparé un panier de petit-déjeuner très copieux. avance. Vous pouvez choisir parmi tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les chambres de l'hôtel et les restaurants peuvent surplomber de loin tout le Merapi et la piscine extérieure est très belle. Le dîner de l'hôtel est également bon, les portions sont grandes et le goût est très bon. Il est fortement recommandé de choisir cet hôtel lors de la location d'une voiture. Il propose des services hôteliers standard cinq étoiles. Le week-end, les habitants ont organisé un mariage dans le jardin de l'hôtel et ont vu des invités déguisés.

The villa looks very² nice and picturesque, The space for a small family was just nice (2 adults, 1 kid - Luxury Villa 3 Person-Twin Bed). When we get into the room to settle down, the aircon have already been switched on. The pool looks clean and well maintained. During the day, the pool will feel cold and when at night it gets chilly. After swimming, can just dry your clothes by the pool bcs there is direct sunlight. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time when we need their assistance. But we noticed during the day, the aircon could not perform well. The room temperature will only starts to go down during the night (after 9pm onwards). We do understand that the hotel is like an outdoor villa, but we do find some ants running around everywhere. Luckily we dont find them on our bed. Then their shower and bidet does not look well maintained. Got alot alot of white stains all over. Also, their bathtub, we found a few brown stains which we try to remove it on our own but couldn't. Last but not least, there is no table and chairs for us to dine. Normally we would just sit on the floor in our room in front of/below the aircon, so that we can feel cooling while eating. Overall, i would give a 7/10, their villa could have look better if they maintained their property well and provided proper place for dining. As a person, im not really fussy to all of the negative statements stated above but my spouse aren't really happy about it so im here to share 2 person p.o.v. But i am very fussy when comes to the air conditioning. But due to my itenary, im always outside during the day and only be back in the room at night, so i decided not to request change of room or servicing the aircon.

hôtel à Kaliurang, avec un ancien bâtiment, lorsque votre destination est Lava Merapi Tour, alors il s'agit d'un hôtel très recommandé. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, mais il est nécessaire d'améliorer la qualité pour certains objets dans la salle de bain. En contraste, cet hôtel est très bon avec sa gamme de prix. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
