We have immediately initiated a comprehensive investigation and are closely monitoring the Housekeeping Department to ensure a thorough review and immediate rectification of our cleaning protocols. We apologized for the inconvenience may occurred which made your stay not as perfect as it could be. Our property opened 2 years, all room facilities was brand new before opening.
