La chambre est grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. L'AC fonctionnait vraiment bien, pourrait utiliser des pièges supplémentaires. Les lits sont plutôt durs et le bruit de la route est beaucoup. La réception est très utile et attentive à toutes les besoins.

The room is clean and comfortable. They do provide some basic things such as water, coffee and toiletries. They also provide fridge, washing machine, and can also do some simple cooking in the room. The location is strategic and is easy to locate this apartment. The staffs are friendly and nice. For family and business travelers are very suitable.

La position de la chambre est excellente, la façon d'entrer est que la vitesse de réponse du contact est trop lente, j'attends très vite.

Le séjour est en général ok, la seule chose est que le lift est trop rempli lors du contrôle en temps voulu, attendu 30 plus minutes pour le lift.

C'est un séjour agréable. Nous adorons l'emplacement car il est facile de se déplacer autour de Georgetown, de Penang Hill et même de Batu Ferringhi avec le bus local ! Le New Lane Street Food se trouve à un peu moins de 5 minutes à pied du célèbre poisson frit n Bee Hoon le matin. J'aime particulièrement la salle de sport ouverte 24h/24. Le personnel en charge n'a pas tardé à réparer le matériel de musculation et à compléter l'approvisionnement en eau minérale. Le seul point négatif est que l'éclairage peut être un peu plus lumineux. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes heureux de rester ici et nous reviendrons dans un avenir proche.
