Got a free room upgrade. Very close to Zhongli night market. Clean and spacious room.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel coffee shop sells delicious pastries and Starbucks coffee!

Nice hotel to stay for a night. Part of the room is quite dusty and stains on the toilet flooring which is not sure is urine stain or water stain. Overall good hotel to stay

Hotel is good but a bit far from MRT Station. Need to walk about 10 minutes.

Friendly staff that helped to book taxi to airport and even recommended the time to call the taxi in order to reach airport with sufficient time, fast check in and out services as well.

Clean, pleasant stay for 1 night. Walking distance to NightMarket and Breakfast Place. But not a lot amenities nearby though. Lobby Tower A was pretty quiet and dark when coming late @ night though. Service was good. With Washing Facilities at Level 05. But need pay 😊

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to zhongli night market. The beds are huge, room is spacious and clean. I stayed there for three nights.

I had somewhat higher expectations adter reading many good reviews about this '5 star' hotel. I checked in very late, abt 10.30pm. My wife washed some stuff using the bathtub rap and realised the water couldn't flow out of the tub. We ignored it and went to sleep. Next morning, as I was walking ard the room, a green sweet I guess left behind by the previous occupant got stuck on my foot. I also realised the bedsheet to one of the beds was stained. After I reflected all these to the receptionist upon check out, all I got was a "Sorry". No intention of any other form of apology. Oh well, I wasn't expecting much but I guess that's probably the first and last time I am staying here.

it was my first night at Taoyuan. it is near 2 different train stations. it is walkable, but i imagine that if it had rained, then it will be super troublesome. the room is quite dim. it gives off the old days hotel. it is a bit musky, but it isnt dirty. toilet is okay, tub was quite clean. got scratched by the chair because the wood was splitting but i guess that was my carelessness. overall, good location to stay for a very short while! There is a night market nearby as well. if never get hotel breakfast, nearby also got a few stalls that does breakfast and it is quite decent

Excellent hotel, large clean room with comfortable beds. The washroom is very nice with both bathtub and shower. Also provides glassware and tea cups. Highly recommend.

Great location,near to the night market. Room is clean & big enough to accommodate four adults. Good view from the window too. We had a wonderful 3D2N stay. Thank you 😊

Service: good. They help us to book an early taxi at 6am and the taxi reach on time. Cleanliness: very clean Location: around 20mins from Taoyuan airport by Uber
