I don`t know where to start from but probably breakfast was the most memorable one in terms of food and quality of service. Variety, quality and consistency was just amazing. Turkish manager with big smile( I cant remember his name) was super proffesional and asked If we need something in the room etc. this was something I haven`t experienced before in Tashkent. I very often visit this amazing city and I will definitely stay here again and again without any doubt. Little bit expensive because of the season.

Good location in downtown. Rooms are large with dark timber furniture. Good sized bathroom but with a shower over the bath. Large queen size bed but too soft for my liking. For some strange reason only had a single duva for a queen size bed which was too hot anyway. Aircon was inadequate even on the lowest temperature it was still warm. TV did not have many channels & only one English. Wifi was adequate but patchy & quite slow. Breakfast was included which had a choice of hot & cold dishes which was okay but not great. The takeaway breakfast on our last day was pathetic. There were 4 lifts but only two were working so long waits. No room safe, lock on room door didn’t work. Not enough bathroom amenities. The staff don’t seem to care. This place could do much better.

Cet hôtel est très bon, au centre de la tache, où vous pouvez obtenir un service très bon et des gens amis travailler. Mme Intizor, une des personnes du restaurant et du café de l'hôtel, n'a pas rejeté notre demande de glace américain, même si elle n'était pas sur le menu et qu'elle avait préparée. Je voudrais également remercier ici, et je voudrais également remercier le gestionnaire de l'hôtel pour avoir choisi les personnes qui sont les mieux placées pour choisir les employés.

Hôtel confortable, avec personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons été surclassés sans avoir rien demandé. La piscine, chauffée, est très agréable. Chambres spacieuses, calmes et bien équipées. Un vrai plaisir que d'y séjourner, même si l'hôtel n'est pas central. En revanche, le métro est tout près ainsi que de multiples restaurants. Je recommande.

Очень ужасный отель,если конечно его можно так назвать, при входе в номер запах канализации, кровати все скрипят,матрасы все кривые и уже отходили свой срок, парковочных мест не предусмотрено,персонал ужасный до боли, занавески не закрывают полностью окно,и поэтому ваш сосед напротив спокойно может видеть что вы делаете в номере,из плюсов только столовая с открытым небом, всё остальное на минус 10...Не советую никому

Appartements confortables près du centre-ville du centre commercial moderne. Personnel poli, attentif, bien parle russe, mais pas sans quelques difficultés. Les appartements et le centre commercial lui-même ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. A 200 mètres le mètre le plus proche. Il y a un petit magasin à proximité (8-22). Le lait local est juste beau. Vous pouvez commander de la nourriture dans la chambre. Une grande télévision avec un récepteur satellite sur 200 semble être des chaînes. Les grandes fenêtres qui se rapprochent directement sur la « route présidentielle » ne sont pas ouvertes pour cette raison, et avec le système de contrôle climatique, nous n'avons pas réussi à le faire, c'est donc la poussière et la chaleur. La cabine de douche et la toilette ont également besoin de principes de gestion des études. Ou est-ce que nous ne pouvons pas utiliser de tels dispositifs complexes? L'instruction dans la chambre n'a été trouvée que pour la cabine et celle en anglais. Après avoir contacté le personnel de l'hôtel, ils ont été placés, mais aussi après qu'il ne l'a pas gagné. À la fin, nous étions fatigués de le combattre et nous n'avons commencé à insister sur personne. La télévision dans la chambre était deux. Mais l'un n'a montré que des chaînes uzbéques et cela avec de grands obstacles.

You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet était grand et la sélection changeait quotidiennement. La piscine et le jardin étaient magnifiques, et la terrasse du sixième étage (et ma chambre) avait vues certes sur la tour de la télévision. Il y a aussi un bar, une salle de sport et une sauna, mais je n'en ai pas utilisé. La station de métro la plus proche, Bodomzor, est à cinq minutes de marche, ainsi que plusieurs boutiques de confort, des plats de repas locaux, un restaurant de style occidental et un café (tous au nord le long de la route principale). Il est assez loin de la route principale pour être calme la nuit.

Bon hôtel avec de grandes chambres. Nettoyage et bien. Bon petit déjeuner riche. Il y a même des marmelades si on le demande et on le comprend. La piscine est une bénédiction au chaud de printemps et d'été. Remplir à la mi-mai, si vous vous demandez un peu plus tôt. Emplacement sur une rue très roulante, donc les chambres sont en avant bruyant. Je pouvais passer en arrière dans une chambre tranquille après une nuit, pas de problème, il suffit de demander. Situation à quelques distances du centre. À la prochaine station de métro à 20 minutes de marche au moins. Avant la maison, les bus partent, mais je n'ai jamais essayé. Taxi au centre ville ca.2€. Tout en général recommandé.

Checking in was a nigh**are I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз. Оптимальное соотношение цены и предоставляемых услуг. Удобно добираться из аэропорта, а ж/д вокзал в пешей доступности. Очень нравится улица, на которой находится отель, новая застройка, много кафе и ресторанов (французской, итальянской, японской кухни), но не дешёвые как для Узбекистана. Сам отель турецкой сети, интерьер в соответствующем стиле - пышно декорирован. Всё новое, номера просторные, есть всё необходимое. Отель без звёзд, но лучшее некоторых 4- звездочных. Белые махровые халаты, тапочки, в ванной все необходимые принадлежности. Очень высокие кровати с матрасами, даже для моего роста 175 см, людям маленького роста придётся запрыгивать:) Завтраки прекрасные, блюда каждый день менялись. Дополнительно можно заказать яйца в любом виде, кашу. Хороший кофе из кофемашины, что не в каждом отеле в Узбекистане. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. И работников ресепшена, и ресторана. Очень доброжелательные, сразу откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель. P. S. Сбоку от отеля началась стройка жилого комплекса, но если вы не будете целыми днями сидеть в отеле, то вам не помешает.
