Avis : Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace

Dans l’ensemble, mon séjour à l’hôtel Sheraton a été très agréable. L’établissement est élégant, bien entretenu, et le service est excellent. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement remarquable — varié, frais et savoureux, c’est l’un des points forts de l’hôtel. Seul bémol : une mauvaise odeur provenant des canalisations de la salle de bain, qui a légèrement nui au confort. Malgré cela, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Je pense qu'il y a un problème de salle de bain, l'espace entre la douche et toilette est trop oetit, je peu à peine rentrer. Je suis grand de 1m90. Il y a des tâches sur les lampes, rayures sur les portes. Lit très confortable, éclairage fonctionne très bien. Il manquait les brosses à dents et peignoir ! Housekeeping devrait vérifier les chambres avant les clients. La piscine est très bien, bonne installation ! Petit déjeuner très bon. Je dirais que les standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ne sont pas là, même au niveau du service d'accueil reste très basique mais sans plus, je m'attendais à un meilleur service quand-même. Le repas au ATI était très bon, mais la serveuse est très jeune et très aimable doit approfondir ces connaissances en F&B. Le chef est venu nous expliquer son plat, très professionnel.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Iam giving this 1 star as hotel did not have room service today. Went to bed hungry. Horrible excuse for hotel reason due to computer outage. Apparently hotel can’t take orders by hand as it’s against policy. Who knew computer system affects the chefs hands and ability to cook as well!

Amazing hotel had a great time here sauna and pool were superb thanks to the staff for everything!

located opposite Tbilisi's old town with great sunset views, the Sheraton offers modern rooms with comfortable beds and an incredible pool and spa area, for indoor and outdoor relaxation. 

The location is good.  It is in the old district. By 10 minutes walk, you can go to a main metro station.  The breakfast is good and the room is spacious.

Great staff and facilities in a good location near to the city center. No complaints whatsoever.

Perfect hotel

千萬不要住這家喜來登，踩了個大雷！隔音特別差，隔壁印度人打個嗝都聽的一清二楚！房間地毯特別臟，空調噪音巨大，根本沒法睡覺，房間很老很舊，連個四星都算不上，就別提五星了。前面客人定的早上7點的鬧鐘，打掃衞生的不給關掉，直接把人吵醒！餐廳特別臟，吃早餐像要飯的打仗一樣！空調噪音大的問題，前台不給換房，説找人修，等了幾個小時來了個工作人員説修不了。找攜程解決問題，攜程很負責，給酒店打電話一直不接！我去前台跟酒店交涉，酒店前台有個男的，一直在説no china，china app no good，這個男的叫civiko，是個種族歧視者，歧視中國人比較嚴重。攜程給酒店打電話，他就一直不讓他的前台同事接電話！特別的噁心！來格魯吉亞旅遊了8天，説實話真心不推薦，能別來就別來了，換個地方玩！如果非來不可的話，也別住這家喜來登花園。特別差！

房間非常大，早餐也豐富，室內室外泳池孩子玩了個夠。窗外就可以看到格魯吉亞之母和山頂，距離聖三一教堂距離還可以，其他熱門景點就略遠了，需要打車去。以這個硬件軟件條件，如果更在中心地帶一點，想必就貴出幾個台階了
