Le cadre est charmant : environnement calme et joli jardin. L'eau de la piscine est salée et - trop ? - chaude. L'architecture et la décoration convoquent le wabi-sabi ou japandi (minimalisme, fonctionnalité, matériaux naturels, courbes créatives) qui sont très agréables. Le restaurant propose des plats traditionnels délicieux et le Vino Blanco de Casa est une valeur sûre. Le petit-déjeuner en buffet est bon. Sont proposés : fruits, viennoiseries, pain frais, confitures/miel, huile d'olive/beurre, charcuterie, oeufs, diverses boissons dont du lait végétal. Il manquait peut-être un peu de changement ; nous sommes restées 2 semaines et c'était toujours la même chose. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien que la porte de la salle de bains n'ait pas été réparée en 2 semaines, nous y étions bien installées. Un late check-out a été accepté en dédommagement. Le seul bémol reste l'insonorisation précaire. Le matin nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir : pas, discussions, allers et venues. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et à l'écoute. Globalement, un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel avec certainement une petite marge d'amélioration.

Lovely small hotel, nice continental style breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Room was of a good size with a comfortable bed and excellent shower (including toiletries). Only comment would be the lack of tea and coffee making facilities and water was only put in the fridge on arrival and not restocked throughout the stay.

We have had no hot water in our room neither did our friends we did not complain in the morning because we assumed it was all over hotel. I asked early evening and we were told problem outside they have hot water in reception not the rooms. ?? Does not help me that answer ?

We stayed for ten days in July due to builders working on your house in spain. We normally stay at the Swiss in Moraira which is a far better hotel. The staff at the Serawa hotel our very helpful and hard working (short on staff). The rooms are very nice location to spent time in. Swimming pool area is not so great, sun loungers ok but require more for the size of the hotel, Sun umbrellas mostly broken poor quality. Breakfast was only avg at best. It you look round the hotel and rooms all done on a budget. Unfortunately will not stay at this hotel again.

Remote location from Moraira village (rental car is mandatory). Unfortunately isolation means risky place since robbery occurs in their property also due to their lack of security measures (no camera nor video coverage). Staff seems insufficient, untrained or inadequate since the minimum service level is not guaranteed (friends of mine didn’t get their room cleaned regularly although the hotel was relatively empty). Conclusion: to be avoided.

Isolated hotel with no security equipment. I strongly not recommend to visit this hotel if you have luxury items since they have no decent privacy infrastructure nor video surveillance nor security staff which makes it an open door for burglaries. We were attacked and robbed of a luxury watch during our stay at the hotel and it didn’t surprise anyone familiar with the matter. Besides the security issues, we suffered from severel lack of professionalism in general. For instance our room was not cleaned although we were just a few clients staying at that time. I would hesitate to recommend this place to friends unless they are expert in martial arts or well equipped for self defense.

Very clean and fresh hotel. The very large bed was incredibly comfy with a lovely terrace and view. Plenty of storage for clothes with a fabulous large, powerful rain shower. If you are sharing with a friend, be aware that the door from the bedroom to the bathroom and toilet is not that private - but is made up of slats of wood rather than a solid door. Fine for us as a couple but might not be for everyone. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace one afternoon overlooking the very pleasant gardens. Easy walk into Moraira with plenty of places to stop for drinks on the way (and way back!)

Nice hope, recently refurbished I think.? was like a ghost town in there though, asked atmosphere, very understaffed as other people have said, breakfast was ok not offered hot options until I asked then it was just eggs scrambled or fried nothing else, they was making some scrambled eggs then sticking them on the side to go cold urgh...!!! two members of staff sat chatting in kitchen rather than been attentive to guests. rooms extremely small, would of liked bath we had a room with a terrace which was nice to sit out on, only one sunbed though and next door had two.? bed comfy, shampoo and conditioner smells amazing. walked up the road for dinner found a lovely Italian, food and service was outstanding Magia it was called. roughly 2025 strolling Moriara don't think id return

Lovely hotel very clean nice pool and nice restaurant area Rooms are bit on the small side Bathrooms are very strange if wanting privacy when in toilet My only criticism for this hotel is it seriously needs to get more staff You shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes at the bar to get a drink. This happened on a daily basis Over the course of staying at hotel for 1 week, only 2 floor staff was covering both restaurant and bar area. I don’t think this is acceptable especially when you can hear other hotel residents moaning about same issue
