The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort. »

« L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du lac, du marché nocturne, du Crazy House et de quelques bons restaurants. L'arrivée et le départ ont été ultra-rapides (nous sommes arrivés à 13h30 et, au moment du départ, on nous a simplement demandé si nous avions utilisé le minibar). La chambre était très petite, mais nous avions juste besoin d'un endroit pour dormir. Les cadres des fenêtres étaient encore recouverts d'un film protecteur suite aux travaux de rénovation. Le lit était immense et confortable. »

« L'hôtel Colline Dalat est un excellent endroit pour séjourner au cœur de la ville. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues, offrent un séjour agréable. Le personnel est ami, professionnel et toujours prêt à assister. Le petit déjeuner offre une grande variété de choix délicieux. Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité de la ville de Dalat. »

« Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux à The Mist Boutique Da Lat Hotel, même si c'était seulement pour une nuit. L'hôtel dispose d'une atmosphère chaleureuse, relaxante et bienvenue. La chambre était très confortable et nous nous sentions vraiment à la maison. Le personnel était exceptionnel - gentil, amiable et toujours souriant. Nous voudrions en particulier remercier la jeune dame à la réception. Elle est allée au-dessus et au-delà pour nous aider quand nous avions des problèmes inattendus avec notre chauffeur. La bonté, la patience et la volonté d'aider nous ont facilité la situation de stress. Si nous avons l'occasion de revoir Da Lat pour un séjour plus long, nous choisirons le Mist Boutique Da Lat Hotel à nouveau. Très recommandé ! »

« Hotel magnifique avec grand paysage. Vraiment significatif d'un camping avec un personnel amiable, chauffant le cœur. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était magnifique avec de nombreuses options. Nous serons de retour. »
