Just finished a two-night stay. Very bad experience. Won’t come back for future stay. 1. Location is 10-15 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, and main entrance as shown on google map is up-hill, so quite hard to get to with luggages. Uber also doesn’t have the right entrance info for the hotel for either of the two entrance, and it is very confusing why the hotel didn’t fix these. 2. Room size very very small. I am used to small hotels in Japan (and Paris etc.), but this is pathetically tiny even for a single travel without large bags. 3. The pictures on website for standard room are misleading, actual room much much smaller. When I pointed out the difference to front desk staff, they acknowledged the differences but still demanded a fee for changing the room to what’s shown on the picture as the category I booked. 4. Upon check in, I was informed that non alcoholic beverages are complimentary, but the story changed when checking out, only water and tea bags are free, they posted a bill for coke. Not a big deal, but so much miscommunication and training issue. 5. I wanted to store my luggage for two days, but was refused. They don’t allow luggage storage unless I make a booking for a next stay - a very rare request in my experiences.

C'est un très bon hôtel, et la demande de service de chambre en fin de soirée a été traitée confortablement, et j'aimerais y retourner. Au début, quand j'ai appelé pour confirmation à l'avance, il y avait quelques subtilités, mais quand je suis resté, les subtilités sont apparues instantanément. Le dernier jour était aussi un jour de pluie, mais ils se souciaient du service de garde.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits et trois jours avec ma fille. La première nuit, après avoir vu la performance sur le terrain, je suis retourné à l'hôtel avant 21:00. Quand je suis allé au restaurant du 4ème étage pour manger, la dernière commande était 21:00, je ne peux pas manger. Le service de la chambre d'accueil? J'ai entendu dire que le service de la chambre d'accueil était terminé, parce que le repas de ce restaurant est la dernière commande. J'ai réservé cet hôtel à partir de 9 États, j'ai séjourné 2 nuits et 3 jours, j'attendais à voir la scène, j'ai réservé à l'hôtel le lendemain à midi. Retour à la chambre, j'ai commandé un service de la chambre d'accueil, je me suis brûlé l'eau. Bien sûr, la dernière commande peut être 21 h, mais le service et l'intelligence ne sont pas de première classe? Je n'ai jamais pensé que je vivrai dur dans un hôtel coûteux et mangerai un verre dans la chambre. En outre, le matin suivant, quand je me suis relaxé dans la chambre, j'ai reçu un ballon de poker. ”J'ai apporté de l'eau, des désinfectants et du café.” ”Je ne l'ai pas demandé.” Je ne peux pas dire que j'ai fait une erreur dans ma chambre. Je ne vivrai jamais plus dans cet hôtel.

La chambre est grande et luxueuse. Malheureusement, la fenêtre est un bâtiment à côté, mais les autres sont très satisfaits. Le petit déjeuner est également original, je l'aime beaucoup. Ma femme aime le service de l'Ikyu diamants. Je suis reconnaissante que je puisse choisir le vin rouge et blanc, donc j'ai ouvert un coffre-fort. La station de métro est la même partout, mais soyez prudent, car même si vous êtes dans le sol voisin, il est difficile de trouver un hôtel. Lorsque je sais où je suis, il n'y a pas de problème, mais j'ai été perdu au début.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

L'hôtel est juste à côté de Shibuya Cross, il est donc très pratique de prendre des photos de l'intersection au 25ème étage du restaurant de l'hôtel. les clients peuvent glisser leur carte pour prendre des photos, et chaque étage de la chambre a Vous pouvez également voir l'intersection de Shibuya en dessous depuis la salle de l'ascenseur. L'ascenseur a également un paysage extérieur. C'est un bon choix pour ceux qui aiment prendre des photos. L'environnement ne peut être considéré que comme tout à fait satisfaisant, ce qui est compréhensible. Après tout, les hôtels au Japon sont généralement de petite taille. L'hygiène est correcte et les chambres sont très propres et bien rangées. Je n'étais pas satisfait du fait que j'avais une demande spéciale pour aménager un étage supérieur, mais l'hôtel n'a jamais répondu le jour de l'enregistrement, j'ai aménagé l'étage le plus bas parmi toutes les chambres. départ, il suffit d'appeler un taxi et de dire bonjour à la réception, et ils ont également aidé à amener les bagages à la porte de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, c'est conforme aux attentes. Je suis venu ici pour prendre des photos de Shibuya Cross. les aspects sont raisonnables. Je n'ai pas besoin de prendre des photos du carrefour la prochaine fois, j'envisagerai d'autres chambres.

Il convient aux gens comme moi qui adorent faire du shopping. C'est proche de tout et c'est à 2 minutes à pied de l'intersection de Shibuya. Il y a de tout pour manger, boire et s'amuser, et c'est à une bonne distance de n'importe où (Tokyo). Ensuite, il y a l'hôtel, qui est non-fumeur mais qui dispose d'un très joli fumoir.

L'emplacement était bon près du gymnase Yoyogi. L'agrément est substantiel et est recommandé pour la femme. Ce serait utile s'il y avait une autre serviette. La chambre est petite, mais nous avions une chambre double avec un canapé-lit, ce qui était utile car nous étions trois. Une chose dont je n'étais pas satisfait, c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une seule carte-clé, ce qui n'est pas pratique. Dans d'autres hôtels, vous obtenez le nombre de personnes depuis le début. C'est la première fois, c'est trop cher. Si vous prenez un acompte et que vous le remboursez lors de votre départ, veuillez l'écrire clairement sur le site de réservation. Ce n'est pas un voyage de groupe, donc ce n'est pas pratique.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'EN il y a environ un an et nous ne pouvons donc pas commenter beaucoup sur les mesures de précaution liées à Corona, car cela n'était pas pertinent à l'époque. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour là-bas, principalement en raison du centre idéal qu'il représentait pour explorer Tokyo en tant que premiers visiteurs. Bien sûr, nous avons été dans les plus belles chambres, mais il était parfaitement bon et raisonnablement cher compte tenu de son emplacement privilégié dans les villes les plus populaires et les plus coûteuses du monde.

C'est mon deuxième séjour car j'ai eu une bonne expérience la dernière fois. Après m'être enregistré cette fois-ci, j'ai d'abord découvert qu'une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre avait été consommée et qu'il n'en restait que la moitié.Après m'être plaint, deux nouvelles bouteilles ont été remplacées. Ensuite, j'ai retrouvé des ordures dans la poubelle, et après l'avoir signalé à nouveau, on m'a arrangé pour rester dans une autre pièce. Par conséquent, j’estime que le service est loin d’être idéal. De plus, la chambre cette fois était très proche de la voie ferrée, donc c'était bruyant. Cependant, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est effectivement excellent et l'espace des chambres est suffisant.

hôtel magnifique situé juste au-dessus d'une grande gare. Il ya une machine de vente sur 12/F et une salle de blanchisserie sur 11/F, très confortable. Il ya quelques super boutiques autour. L'ensemble du personnel est très utile et gentil. Le petit déjeuner est bon également.

My first trip out to Japan and All Day Place Shibuya exceeded my expectations. I didn't really know what to expect, but I thought maybe I'd be in a small room with very little amenities. I'm glad I was wrong. At first, trying to find the front entrance to the hotel isn't set up like a typical hotel with a grand entrance. You've got a bar on the ground floor and a set of stairs and elevator flanking each end that lead to the first floor of the hotel itself. The lobby isn't set up with someone behind a desk on a computer, but more like a self-service kiosk you'd find at stores or some fast food joints. The hotel staff sit around a high glass table with laptops almost appearing like regular guests had it not been for some of them wearing the All Day Place t-shirt. They were there more for navigational support of the kiosk rather than actually checking you in or out. In fact, they looked more like college students studying and fixated on the laptops more than hotel staff. Don't get me wrong though, they were very friendly and accommodating though. It's not a very welcoming lobby, but it served a pretty good precursor to how many interactions would be like for the rest of our trip. There is a lot of self-reliance and service when it came to places we visited around Tokyo. Refreshing to have control, but intimidating for people that may not know the language. There are 3 kiosks that will act as both your check-in/out and as a change machine for when you need it. Once checked in, your room key will allow use of the elevators. The rooms are situated in an orientation around a central open air shaft. For summer, expect it to be very hot in the hallways surrounding this and for the winter, expect it to be frigid. And of course heavy rain will find its way into the landings, but it's nothing to worry about. The suites were booked so we opted for the 2 bed standard room. Comfy and a decent night sleep once you get used to the time zone. The sink is to the outside of the bathroom which was separated by a sliding door. The modern toilet was really nice and the shower had good pressure and temperature control. The ice/vending area is in the same room as the washing machines on the 8th floor. The combination washing machine/dryer was decent at washing but terrible at drying. Your experience may vary with these things. Despite going through a drying cycle 2x, I still had to hang my clothes in the room afterward. Back downstairs on the hotel main level is a pizza restaurant that also serves as the breakfast area for the hotel. Very good food overall, can't really go wrong here if you want to stay in the hotel for meals. For anyone not used to waiting around until 10AM for places to open up, this was key to not starving. As mentioned before, there is a bar on the first floor, serving finger foods and a good selection of beers and some liquors. Nous cherchions un hôtel d'action proche, car c'était notre première fois à Shibuya et nous ne connaissons pas cette partie de Tokyo. Le bureau de la chambre était si bon et pardonné de la situation. Les chambres sont dépassées et peuvent utiliser des touchups (scratches sur les planchers/walles, poussière sur les fans, etc.). Nous n'avons pas mangé au restaurant de deuxième étage (wagyu teppanyaki) ou au restaurant de première étage, mais les deux regardaient assez bien même pour les aliments. Le quartier est sur le côté plus calme de la traversée et je suis content que nous soyons restés ici (je recommanderais encore cette voisinage). Je recommande cet hôtel pour les voyageurs solitaires, les parties de la salle de bain ou les jeunes couples qui cherchent vraiment juste un endroit pour craquer après une longue journée de vue.

Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

Comfy and a decent night sleep once you get used to the time zone. The sink is to the outside of the bathroom which was separated by a sliding door. The modern toilet was really nice and the shower had good pressure and temperature control. The ice/vending area is in the same room as the washing machines on the 8th floor. The combination washing machine/dryer was decent at washing but terrible at drying. Your experience may vary with these things. Despite going through a drying cycle 2x, I still had to hang my clothes in the room afterward. Back downstairs on the hotel main level is a pizza restaurant that also serves as the breakfast area for the hotel. Very good food overall, can't really go wrong here if you want to stay in the hotel for meals. For anyone not used to waiting around until 10AM for places to open up, this was key to not starving. As mentioned before, there is a bar on the first floor, serving finger foods and a good selection of beers and some liquors. The proximity to everything is ideal and what makes this place my choice if I were to visit again. Just a couple blo
