We had excellent stay at Hengyitang Health Centre. Love the holistic approach to wellness and health care, their attentive to all the details, healthy and sumptuous breakfast. Special mentioned to our personal butler 景天 who took excellent care of us during our stay, proactively provided us with all the essential travel information inside Wuzhen and answered to all our questions instantaneously.

Our stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was impeccable. The personalised service from 半夏was nothing short of amazing, exceeding all expectations and ensuring our every need was met. The location was also a major highlight, placing us right in the heart of Wuzhen, allowing for easy exploration and immersion into the local culture. This trip was truly refreshing and rejuvenating, leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Breakfast menu was extensive and delicious

We had a positively delightful experience at Hengyi in 乌镇 thanks to our butler, 格桑. He was attentive and meticulous in service both in anticipating our needs and in responding to our requests. More significantly, after he helped us to take a family portrait, he surprised us with a framed photo of the photo taken in under an hour. I was however disappointed to find a soiled towel in the bathroom but our butler quickly had them replaced by the service crew. Ask for 格桑when in your stay at Hengyi. We’d definitely be back to Hengyi at 乌镇！Highly recommend!!!

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.

我們是從提上酒店轉過來的，特別後悔沒有把三個晚上定在恆益堂養生行館。對這個價位真的是質價相符。有幾個點給大家分享一下，首先這個位置就是天花板。然後房間的面積設施又是在整個鎮子裏面的酒店民宿的天花板，服務又成為了天花板。早餐標準的江南高品質精細美味又是一個天花板，管家是格桑，一個帥氣高情商的藏族小夥子（從拉薩來的）有兩張照片，那個帥氣的年輕人就是格桑。等到他從酒店把我們送到了景區外面停車場把行李送上我們的私家車的時候，我真的是感覺到很驚喜也很意外。這羣朝氣蓬勃熱情友好的年輕人，祝願他們未來平安順遂，萬事如意，好運相伴！
