Avis : Beautiful Sapa Hotel

J'ai aimé : L'enregistrement anticipé (payant !) ; Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant ; Ils nous ont fourni des oreillers et des serviettes supplémentaires lorsque nous en avons demandé ; Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux ; Les douches chaudes fonctionnaient parfaitement ; La vue est superbe ! Tout près des restaurants et de la station Sun Plaza ! J'ai moins aimé : Les draps, les taies d'oreiller et les serviettes ne sont pas très propres. Il y avait des taches de maquillage (je suppose) sur certaines serviettes ; La télévision n'a pas internet ; Le chauffage/la climatisation ne peut pas chauffer toute la pièce, il n'en atteint qu'une partie ; Les deuxième et troisième jours, les lumières de la salle de bain vacillaient et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

+ Emplacement à proximité du centre, accès facile au marché de Sapa, à l'église en pierre, à Sun Plaza. + Service client enthousiaste et attentionné. + Achetez des billets pour Pansipan n*** à la réception. Balade en moto de plus de 5 minutes jusqu'au parking. -- Chambre ancienne, draps, rideaux ont des taches jaunes, sale. -- Le téléviseur n'a pas de connexion réseau. -- La pièce peut clairement entendre les sons extérieurs et les pièces voisines.

This hotel was SO accommodating and helped us rectify the booking even though booked on trip. Very good location and amazing views. Huge room (sheets weren’t sparkly clean, but everything else made up for it. Such helpful staff - even swapped the tv as ours wasn’t working and we needed a Netflix day haha. Good pho for breakfast, but fruit and toast is also available. Thank you for having us! Also enjoyed the spa at basement level.

Very clean hotel. Near at the center of sapa central. Very much recommend place to stay👏

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The room itself was lovely, and the balcony view was definitely a highlight. However, I was quite disappointed to learn, after booking two nights, that I would have to transfer to a different hotel for my second night. This unexpected change was inconvenient and disruptive. On the bright side, the ladies at the reception were incredibly nice and accommodating, doing their best to smooth things over.

فندق جيد، لكن نظافة الاغطية والمناشف لها رائحة غير جيدة، الإفطار ليس جيد، كذلك أكواب بلاستيك لشاي والقهوه، غير نظيفة، الاطلالة جميلة جدا وجذابة، بصفة عامة اقل من المتوسط..

호수와 가깝고 깟깟마을 가기도 좋고 판티판산 출발하기도좋고 주위에 맛사지 숍도 다양하고 특히 호텔의 가성비 최고,단 손님들이 없어선지 온수는 주문해야..

Propreté douteuse :ai demandé à nettoyer la salle d'eau pleine de cheveux, les draps ?? Buffet :salle très inconfortable, fumeurs, nourriture peu appétissante, à 8h, plus rien., buffet inadapté aux occidentaux,assiettes et tasses sales.. Le staff est sympathique et était étonnée de mes remarques ???

The larger room with the view was worth the extra cost even with the foggy weather. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bathroom had a separate shower area which contained the water reasonably well. Toiletries include cotton buds, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo sachets, comb and a shampoo pump pack. The shower offered two shower head options. Our fridge didn't work very well but the reception staff were happy to put our frozen items in their freezer. The location was really convenient for all parts of the town. The room size, the view and the location made this hotel a great choice but the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff made it a brilliant choice. I would definitely stay here again.
