De l'époque où je me suis rendu jusqu'à la fin, tout était très bien. Un jeune homme très gentil, nommé Morgan m'a accueilli. Après avoir regardé autour de la zone de lobby exceptionnellement propre, je dis, quel bon hôtel! Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon. Après avoir pris mes sacs, je suis revenue demander à Morgan d'avoir un endroit tranquille pour manger. Il a fait preuve de profonde inquiétude et de compassion que vous ne voyez plus souvent. Il était en fonction quelques nuits plus tard et a demandé à mon ami. Je lui ai dit qu'elle avait passé la même après-midi. Il m'a dit qu'il était si désolé et qu'il m'a demandé si il pouvait faire quelque chose ou si j'avais besoin de quelque chose. Je me suis touché par sa sincérité. Il y avait une grande variété de choses à choisir et la jeune dame (Isadora?) chargée du buffet a tout gardé bien et était très personnalisée tout en faisant cela. Mon séjour à votre hôtel exceptionnel a fait la triste raison de ma visite à Tulsa beaucoup plus supportable.

Nina au bureau de front m'a aidé et elle était magnifique ! J'avais besoin d'aide pour imprimer plusieurs documents que j'avais mis en place et que j'avais besoin pour une réunion. Quand j'ai allé au bureau de front pour demander de l'aide, Nina était là avec un sourire et demandait comment elle pouvait aider. Nina a imprimé les documents que j'avais besoin et a livré rapidement. C'était la seule fois que j'ai été dans un truc comme ça et que j'avais besoin d'aide immédiatement et j'étais si heureuse que Nina était là pour m'aider. Elle est grande!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This is the first and only bad review I have ever written in my life, for any hotel or motel that I've ever stayed in. We came to Tulsa to attend a funeral. After a good night's sleep, I had planned to take a shower before going to the funeral that same morning, but the water diverter would not work. it would only work for a bath option. I reported the problem to the manager, as I thought maybe I didn't know how to use it. The manager agreed that the water diverter on the spout was not working probably and offered to move us to another room. I didn't have time to move to another room and still make it to the funeral in time. So I went down for breakfast. There were no breakfast options other than high sugar and high-carb foods, nothing healthy or appropriate for a type 2 diabetic diet. So I had coffee and a banana. After going to the funeral without a shower, we were move to another room. The room we were moved to did have a shower that worked. But the king size bed mattress in room 229 was so broke down on each side that it was like sleeping in a New York pothole. I finally put a pillow in the pothole to level out the mattress so I could get a little sleep. The next morning I went down for breakfast again, and the same thing, mostly cold breakfast all high carbs, high sugar the worst breakfast options I've ever seen in a Marriott. However they did add a low sugar low fat yogurt. The manager did say they were shorthanded and couldn't offer their usual hot breakfast an other services. There are no microwaves in the rooms either. which is kind of strange.
