Séjour de 3 jours, chambre vue lac Avantages : près du lac, avec cour indépendante, relativement sécuritaire, vous pouvez voir la vue sur le lac Inconvénients : Le service est très bon en surface. C'est vraiment bien. Il ne peut pas être exécuté au sol. Il y a des taches de sang non lavé sur le lit et Xiaoqiang rampe. Dès que je suis entré dans la première pièce, j'ai constaté que la lumière était cassée et qu'elle continuait de clignoter, et que l'interrupteur était également défectueux. Le visiteur n'a pas fixé son souffle, a communiqué 3 fois et a changé de pièce. J'étais très enthousiaste à l'idée d'aider avec les bagages, mais l'odeur corporelle dans la deuxième pièce était évidente. J'ai ouvert la fenêtre et il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour aérer. Chaque fois que je nettoyais et remplaçais, j'étais à court de choses. J'ai dû l'appeler, mais il serait bientôt livré. L'eau minérale originale de l'hôtel est une marque rose appelée Java. Il est recommandé de ne pas le boire. Quand il est bouilli, il est plein d'écailles en suspension. C'est bien si vous l'achetez à l'extérieur. A voir le dernier jour. Il est 11 heures lorsque la réservation est faite. Le rappel téléphonique de l'hôtel est à 10h30 et le délai peut aller jusqu'à 11h30. L'attitude est plutôt brutale. En regardant l'hôtel pour 7000 roupies la nuit, la différence entre l'hygiène et les détails est trop grande, mais le matériel est OK

Bonjour , je suis médecin et voyageur fréquent . Cette fois, à très court terme, nous avons décidé de célébrer le 7e anniversaire de mon fils, donc nous avons contacté directement @ réception nous avons eu un entretien avec Navjyot il était si gentil et utile pour nous donner le meilleur accord et nous avons assuré que le anniversaire de notre fils était très bien célébré Le personnel est très doux et utile Je recommande fortement Aurika!! Excellent séjour! Excellent personnel!! Une fois encore merci beaucoup à Navjyot pour faire de notre séjour mémorable ✨️

Bien sûr, on y trouve les standards internationaux et ce n'est pas l'Inde typique; Mais, on apprécie le confort, le calme, une nourriture correcte et surtout un personnel très professionnel, avec le sourire et une attention per***ente. Petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Pas trop loin du centre de la ville, notamment une demie heure à pied.

It was very wonderful stay at the Taj Aravali resort. The most I like was the care from the staff . Everyone there was so helping and so caring about each and everything . At reception ,Gungun name person was there, she was very good at making my stakes and very good also there was the room service staff name Abhi***yu was very nice. At the restaurant the head of the service staff I don't know his name but he was very gentle . I have visited ***y other five star hotels but I can say one line that is TAJ is TAJ. No other hotel can match the hospitality and experience of Taj. I would definitely recommended it to others and surely I'll go again there and also visit other Taj properties whenever I will find my chances.

un Radisson, sans surprise avec un petit bémol sur la vétusté et l'eau des douches à peine chaude. Super petit déjeuner, pour les repas on a peu moins aimé mais c'est très personnel. Très grande piscine et un roof top avec une superbe vue

Un lieu magique ! Nous sommes venus il y a 12 ans et nous avions adoré. Depuis cela appartient au groupe Taj. Les chambres sont toujours aussi splendides. Nous avons passé un très bon moment également au restaurant avec un service au top fait par Pawan, Ramesh Meena, Kalu et Nawal. Ils nous ont fait goûté une spécialité d'Udaipur à la rose , excellent ! Dommage cependant que le restaurant ne soit plus une terrasse ouverte !

The Leela Palace Idaipur surpasses all expectations. It is breathtaking. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and service is impeccable. We were a group of 11 people, young and old and everyone was accommodated to the last T. This is certainly the best hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve travelled almost all 7 continents. A big round of applause to all who make this grand hotel such a success 🙏 blessings to all of you ❤️
