Pankaj Executive was known to us as a decent hotel so booked a one night stay enroute Goa. However, the experience was terrible. When we checked in at night, there was no power supply and the generator was supposedly being repaired. So we had to bear the summer heat till late night. The AC remote was in the custody of the housekeeping who gave it when we asked for it in the morning. The door knobs (entrance and washroom) were not working properly. Complimentary mineral water bottles were the tiniest size and of no use. The staff was probably used to dealing with unhappy customers and hence ignored everything that was communicated. Didn't expect this from Pankaj 😔

Rooms are not clean. Water facility in toilets are very poor, flush not working, taps are in poor condition. Too many mosquitoes. Need to pay attention towards basic amenities.

Quick check-in. Room ambiance was good. Clean were rooms but need deep clean for cleaner corner & edges.

The rooms and amenities are quite old. Also the washrooms need improvement. However food quality is good. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Bad rooms with all services. No facilities are available to given cost. Bad room services. Rooms and bathrooms facilities are very bad and unclened.

The room did not have hot water for the shower, the shower wasn’t working. The toilet was used before i checked.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. 1. There is no hot water. So you cannot take shower. They say hot water will be available only in the morning 4am to 11am but in that time slot as well there is no hot water… Bathroom bucket and other things have stains. 2. Their restaurant is extremely crowded no separate arrangement is made for in house guests. 3. Room doesn’t have menu card so I asked one in room they didn’t send me in room.. restaurant doesn’t even receive calls had to go down 2 floors to order food from counter.

I had booked high floor room. I didn't get high floor room. Phone is not working. Food quality is not good, service is not good

A good hotel with slightly slow service. Location is good, on pune satara highway. Tasty breakfast.
