We are right now in the hotel and we feel like being scammed. There are works ongoing in the hotel and a lot of dust in the corridors. Not suitable for any alergic people. The works are just outside of the rooms and the floor is without any tile, just cement. They have not closed any floor or wing. They don't mind the comfort of the customers. We asked to be changed to another room. From 204 to 212, which has not any works just outside the room. They changed our room, but the next day they started working just outside the room. Do not expect to rest (after a long flight for example) during the day. Impossible. The rooms are small, dark and rundown. Nothing to do with the photos. Toilet even smaller. Furthermore, we first booked for a twin room but, short after, we asked to change the booking to a double room. They agreed and confirmed the room. But once we arrived we were assigned a twin room. We asked for the change but all of the double room were booked. So, why they confirmed the change by email?? I have been in many many hotels of any kind, backpackers, cheap hostels, expensive hotels... But almost always I got what I paid for. This time, I feel like they are stealing my money to afford to go on with the works in the hotel.
