Hotel muito bom ! Apenas uma coisa a apontar, ouve se tudo durante a noite, as pessoas a andar, a falar , etc… mas de resto , top!!

Gostei muito da estadia, quartos espaçosos e limpos, bem localizado, bom pequeno almoço.
Politique d'annulation nulle. Le personnel a gagné du temps pour, au final, ne rien solutionner et se décharger sur la plate-forme booking. Prestation pas à la hauteur pour un 3 étoiles. Fils dénudés, seau dans le couloir, serviettes non changées, murs avec plein de traces... Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Honteux ! Nous avons voulu annuler car au lieu d’être 3 nous n’étions que 2. À 600€ le week-end, on aurait pu trouver un hôtel moins cher.que 300€/personne. Ils n’ont pas voulu en nous indiquant que c’était la plate-forme de réservation qui refusait l’annulation. Quand on les a appelés, ils nous ont dit que c’était l’hôtel… Bref on nous a prises pour des pigeons. Surtout qu’à ce prix, ils mettent des seaux à l’accueil quand il pleut et les fils sont dénudés dans la salle de déjeuner. The price for an "executive suite" was very reasonable so we splurged on it for our two nights in Vigo. The suite included a small living room and large bedroom, with a television in each. We were a little weirded out by the fully transparent shower stall and the bathtub out on its own in the bedroom -- no privacy unless travel companion goes out to the living room while you bathe. We also had access to a generous private balcony (though there was no furniture outside). The shower drain didn't work well so in taking a long shower, I flooded our room. :( Breakfast buffet was fine, not so extensive. Decor was a bit dated. Staff were very polite despite our lack of Spanish skills. Location is convenient -- 10-15 minutes walk in one direction to the port area from which Cies ferries leave, 10-15 minutes walk in the other direction to the art museum and main shopping district, ~20 minutes walk to the train/bus station.

Excellent hotel. This hotel was very modern and the room I had was big (for Europe). The staff was nice and welcoming and could check me in earlier than I expected (I arrived around noon). The bathroom was normal size (for Europe) and there was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. They also offered some toiletries if you needed them. The hotel is located very centrally being only a few steps away from the city center and an easy walk to the port. The hotel offered breakfast but I didn’t ask for that since the price seemed steep (especially when you can buy something at a cafe for cheaper) One recommendation I have is if you are driving a car to ask them where to park before going there, as the parking is a few blocks away and you can’t park on the street (or if you can you’re a pro at finding parking). Just understand that if you park anywhere other than where they tell you, you could be charged more than once. I parked at a different parking garage up a few streets and the hotel staff told me that I could come and go with parking after paying the discounted rate of 15€. They also said all the underground parking was “the same”. It is not the same. The underground parking is literally huge and there are several options and you could walk forever when trying to find your car. Anyhow, I left the other garage and toured the city and then parked in the garage they recommended, thinking I was covered with the pay one rate plan. Unfortunately this was not the case and I was out another 15€ to get out of the parking garage. An extremely pricey lesson to learn. Other than the parking issue, I really liked the hotel and would return if in the area (just without a car)

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Vigo and, as far as customer service is concerned, this was far and away the best. All the staff I dealt with, from Sole and colleagues to the staff in the breakfast room, addressed each request I had with energy and pleasant professionalism, and were warmly attentive at all times. I would stay here again without hesitation.
