Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre était propre et même si elle avait besoin d'une mise à jour, il n'était pas terrible. Le parking était bien éclairé et semblait sûr. La première nuit nous avons mangé au restaurant intérieur et ils étaient sous-employés. Il a fallu beaucoup de temps, mais nous n'avons pas besoin de trouver un endroit tard le soir. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre temps ici et nous resterions encore. Les gens étaient vraiment agréables!

This was such a nice hotel, I would definitely stay here again. We had a smooth check-in, and the person working the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for business travel. I was only there for one night, so I didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked and would be perfect if you were staying for a longer trip and didn't want to eat out every day. It had a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher, plus plenty of counter space - including a few counter stools. The room also had a big couch, large desk area, a really nice walk-in shower, a closet, and a nice built-in with a countertop that was perfect getting ready. The hotel looked new, so I was surprised when the front desk clerk said it was 4 years old. The finishes were nice, it was well-maintained, and it was clean. The hotel is about half a mile from an area with a lot of shops and restaurants. From friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Visited Virginia Beach and chose this location quite honestly because they accepted our reward nights. It’s about 11 miles from Virginia Beach oceanfront. It’s located right at the exit so traveling to and from the beach was easy. This hotel is dated, but well maintained. Whoever is doing the property management for the property is doing an excellent job. Everything is freshly painted and clean. But again everything is dated. It would be a big plus if they could get rid of the popcorn ceilings and the rugs and install LVT instead (I wish all hotels would do this- it just feels cleaner). Our room had a fridge (which wasn’t really working) and a microwave. The gentleman from Colorado that checked us in upon arrival was very very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not located in the best area, seems pretty industrial and it looked like a family had their vehicle broken into overnight. There were great places to eat though within 5-10 minutes of the property like YNot and SweetSpot.

L'expérience initiale était pauvre. Utilisez l'application Bonvoy pour vous enregistrer. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un système de clé avancé. Toujours en utilisant les anciens emplacements pour les clés (non sécurisé). Nous avons réservé un type de chambre en particulier et on m'a dit que l'hôtel était complet, donc j'ai dû accepter un autre type de chambre ou, comme ils l'ont dit, je pourrais réserver un autre hôtel dans le coin. Le personnel de voiturier était très gentil et serviable sur le parking et les restaurants. L'hôtel a environ 11 ans. Seulement a 2 suites dans l'hôtel. Le personnel n’était pas sympathique et a donné l’impression que, dans la mesure où ils réservent à plein, ils ne doivent pas être polis ni offrir une bonne expérience client. Pas de salon de conciergerie et pas de boutique d'articles divers.

Nous avons besoin d'un hôtel près de l'aéroport pour un séjour d'une nuit avant de partir à OBX. Nous n'avions pas de voiture mais nous avons utilisé le service de navette de l'hôtel sans problèmes. Les chambres étaient propres, les lits confortables et la salle de bains était propre et bien mise à jour. Mon camarade avait un problème avec une douche froide mais nous étions en haut tôt, donc peut-être était-elle l'une des premières à l'utiliser?? J'avais pas eu de problèmes peu après. Le petit déjeuner était votre petit déjeuner d'hôtel typique, rien de spécial mais il était bien et nous avons pu trouver des choses que nous aimions.

J'ai demandé la vie privée (Grade-5). J'ai demandé la non-fumeur (Grade-1). Condition de meubles-roues sous micro-ondes (Grade-1). Alors j'ai changé rooms..complete tour (Grade-5). Mais ma clé ne fonctionnerait pas nécessitant des voyages MULTIPLE pour obtenir des remplacements (grade-2). Donc après mon séjour, c'était en moyenne, mais il a pris mon assurance d'y arriver. Je n'aurais pas dû voir la paix dans LES QUESTIONS. Le silence dans l'hôtel est considéré comme une complaisance. Le personnel devrait se rendre compte et faire mgmt ressembler bien. Mgmt devrait faire rapport de la condition une normale, de sorte qu'ils puissent ressembler bien.
