It’s not good location not clean not friendly staff

It should not be called a hotel. I left 2 minutes after I got in. Just waist money, but I wouldn't stay in this condition.

Location was useful and cheaper than others in region, sadly that’s where it ends. The room was grim, damaged furniture, no hot water in morning, depressing decor. Really hard to express my disappointment but didn’t feel safe or comfortable here. Pay more if you can.

Beds were comfortable some of the staff are nice and the cleaners are very friendly knock every morning to see if to you need anything if your still in the room when they come round to clean

The absence of breakfast options, hot water, and essential room amenities like water glasses and a clean bed made me feel unwelcome. *Recommendation:* Unless significant improvements are made, I would advise others to avoid Hotel Metro Inn. The hotel rooms was very poor and they just painted the room we were told to stay. We couldn’t stay overnight and had to book another hotel. Very poor

The location was fine because it right at the express road , wry easy to locate . The service was good and staff did their job well. Welcoming and WiFi was standard as well . I enjoyed my stay

Room was so hot we asked to the staffs if we can change the room or have fan lady said can’t change the room we was happy to for another room and fan lady said we have to buy the fan £18 which is not good and room fan location is not good it’s a d lift was out of service. Our was was 3rd flood really it was not experience. This hotel we tried first time unfortunately last time. Next time we will book where we use to go.

Very helpful, especially David and the bar and food were very good.

I haven’t been yet so I can’t tell if it’s cool to stay there 😂
