Unfortunately we started off on a bad foot when we had to wait in excess of an hour past our book in time for our room to be ready, then when we did finally get in, the TV remote wouldn't work and to turn it on manually meant it was stuck on one channel with no volume. Went back to reception and swapped batteries which didn't help, then we're told that thier maintenance people wouldn't be back until Monday so nothing they could do. To thier credit they did extend our check out time by an hour and provided breakfast at thier sister property in Katoomba. The property is in need of some TLC and to call them luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch, but they are in good condition overall. To access the studio lofts are up a rather tall flight of stairs that doesn't have a hand rail all the way, and the step treads are rather small (only just over half the length of my foot) which will make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The room does have a kitchenette, but the only thing to cook with is a microwave, no hot plate or frypan included, so bring plastic wrap, paper towel etc with you, aswell as cutlery as there was only 1 knife, 3 forks and heaps of spoons. Room had a nice gas log fire place though we needed the a/con to help heat the room. Also a super sized 2 person spa that's so deep that if your not particularly tall you'll struggle to get in and out of. The shower is over the spa and with the weird uneven base, it makes it difficult to stand in to shower, aswell as a lack of grab rails anywhere.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Leura Gardens. The accommodation is surrounded by lovely gardens which you can wander around. It is located amongst a quiet residential area which has some beautiful and fancy houses. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, TV and a balcony. There is plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was great and well set-up - it included a variety of cereals, toasts, yoghurt, juices, muffins and a pancake machine. The breakfast room has big windows with a lovely view of the gardens and golf course opposite. The accommodation is only a few minutes drive to Leura Mall which has many cafes and boutique shops, as well as a Woolworths supermarket. A few minutes more and you get to Katoomba which has a larger range of cafes, restaurants and shops, including antique shops. There are many beautiful walks and lookouts in Leura, Katoomba and surrounding areas. We had a lovely few days in Leura and would stay at Leura Gardens again.

Amazing hotel and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel employees are very helpful and caring. The breakfast variety is great, had many options to choose from. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, overlooking The Valley. They have a golf course joint to the hotel area. And it’s very convenient.

I spent one night in a studio apar**ent whilst passing through the area. Excellent location in Leura village, close to train, shops and restaurants. The apar**ent had a small kitchenette with microwave. It was clean and spacious. Quiet, no noise from cars or trains. Safe and secure parking and access.

From the time we drove up the main driveway we were thrilled and so in love with this place! The building is a historic place with the history written in your room dating back to 1923 for your reading. But it doesn't feel old n dated but warm and cosy. There was a spa tub in our toilet that can fit 2 and helps you relax after our hike and walk in the nearby mountains. Our hosts were fantastic throughout our stay and made sure everything was in place! From introducing the place and recommendations to lighting up the fireplace at night for us to keep warm and enjoy our evening. This place was the best place we stayed on our holiday.

Nous avons passé un bout de poupée de dragon chinois dans l'une des rues pendant que nous étudions la propriété. Le personnel a conseillé d'avoir des archers, des caligraphies, des trucs de dumping et même une salle de théâtre et une cuisine commune pour de grands groupes. Je suis en train de me faire une idée, mais je suis en train de me faire une idée, et je suis heureux de voir ce que je peux faire quand nous reviendrons avec la famille élargie. Enfin, il va jusqu'à ce que vous cherchez. Pour nous, c'est la paix, le silence et la vie privée. Étant donné le prix (nous avons payé AUD$197.40 pour 2 adultes, un 16yo et un 8yo) pour une nuit, je pense qu'il est assez compétitif pour la région. En retour, nous avons un grand espace, une maison tranquille, propre et confortable.
