I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Wigan and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service from the staff. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. My time here was really enjoyable. I was made to feel welcome from when I first walked through the door. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I would also highly recommend the food, they have a wide variety of different choice from the menu. I tried many different things over my week stay and was all extremely tasty. Would recommend anyone to use the hotel for business or pleasure.

Nous avons eu un voyage en bus. Prencé immédiatement par la qualité de notre chambre et les installations. Très propre. A dîner qui était excellent. Nous avons eu des patates et des maquereaus à commencer, des pommes de terre avec des pommes de terre et des verges et des désserts de fromage. Tout est excellent et très bien servi. Comme le suggère mon titre, le meilleur hôtel encore sur une tour de bus.

J'ai séjourné ici l'année dernière et l'ai donné 5 étoiles Nous avons fait tomber une étoile pour deux raisons Si vous voulez une boisson chaude du bar vous ne pouvez pas placer la charge sur la chambre et devoir payer séparément à la machine, c'est très compliqué et lent si vous êtes fatigué et je requise de l'aide de deux membres du personnel utiles Notre chambre au premier étage était très bruyante nous pouvions entendre tout à la porte à côté de la porte constamment Cependant, c'est toujours un excellent exemple de la marque et tout le personnel sont brillants

Nous avons passé la Nouvelle-Année et nous avons dû dire que c'était une façon brillante de faire entrer en 2024. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la Suite Blazers pour notre dîner Carvery, le personnel avait préparé un table très proche, comme je l'ai dit lors de la réservation qu'un membre de mon parti était un peu instable sur ses pieds. La réceptionniste a dit qu'il y avait quelqu'un prêt à l'aider à porter son repas chaud, et qu'il y avait un beau membre du personnel au dos de la file, qui était plus que heureux d'aider à choisir et à porter la plaque à la table. La cuisine était délicieuse. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le saumon et le débutant de prune, enveloppé dans la pâte la plus légère. Le DJ était bon, et le plancher de danse était emballé toute la nuit. Un petit quibble, pour couper une étoile. J'ai vérifié le petit déjeuner et vérifié les heures avec le récepteur lors de notre enregistrement. J'avais précédemment demandé de vérifier ces informations et il a été dit au petit déjeuner 8-10am et vérifié 10.30am. Je me suis dit qu'il fallait demander une autre chose, comme dans les hôtels précédents, mais les temps ont été confirmés comme ci-dessus. Je l'ai demandé, et elle a confirmé que le petit déjeuner et le check-out étaient plus tard, c'est le jour de la nouvelle année. Après une soirée si agréable et un petit déjeuner si agréable, je n'ai pas eu l'humeur de me plaindre. Cependant, l'heure de petit déjeuner et de check-out ajouté au prix aurait voulu dire que nous pouvions passer un peu plus de temps avec ma famille, qui avait fait un voyage du Wirral pour nous célébrer.

This venue/hotel has a lot of work to do. I booked a two-night stay for a business conference. To be fair, the conference, reception, and bar staff were lovely, helpful and friendly The room itself was basic. Only found the kettle when packing to leave as it was packed away in a drawer! No water was available in the room, so I had to go back to the bar to get a glass of water. There was a constant smell that I originally thought was coming from the bathroom but wasn't. It was musty and damp which kept catching the back of my throat and making me gag. The room wasn't cleaned, or the bed made during my stay - due to a shortage of staff - a note was pushed under the door. It is what you expect from Raddison! You can tell it is due to have a refit. The pricing should reflect that. I did say to the reception staff I should have stayed across the road at the Premier Inn.

We attended our friends wedding. The day was perfect from start to finish. The staff were all friendly. The wedding venue was stunning and the food was excellent. The room we stayed in was very modern and very clean. The bed was comfy too. The breakfast was really nice. I would definitely recommend this venue to other friends looking for a wedding venue or just to stay over after having a nice meal.
