This is a wonderful property staffed by some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The GM of this Best Western was very kind to my grandson and I. Neal took extra time to go out of his way to let my 7-year old grandson and I know about a recreation area where we were able to play ball. This might seem like a small gesture of kindness, but it meant the world to this grandpa and his grandson. Thanks Neal! The rooms are great, the king bed we had was just right. We look forward to staying at the BW Historic District in Williamsburg again soon.

très bien. Le design est simple et bien équipé. Le salon dispose d'une télévision, d'un canapé et d'une cuisine ouverte. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a une source chaude extérieure à l'extérieur. Je l'ai trouvé quand je suis parti, donc je n'ai pas eu le temps de tremper. Un séjour parfait.

Ne laissez pas la couleur du tapis dans la photo vous faire croire que ce lieu est dépassé comme la nuit. Le personnel était très ami et a toujours aidé quand il était nécessaire, surtout ceux qui ont fait le merveilleux petit déjeuner matinal ! Il était surpris par les options en ce qui concerne la waffle et la granola et vous avez des toppings de grotte. L'hôtel était tout à fait propre et notre chambre était spécialement. Il y a beaucoup de parking, et la location est aussi grande et près de tant de bons endroits pour manger et au centre-ville de Williamsburg.

Nous sommes arrivés tard. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait une unité de climatisation cassée. Nous en avons parlé à la réception et ils ont changé de chambre sans poser de questions et se sont excusés pour la gêne occasionnée. Nous avons vu l'unité de climatisation être remplacée le lendemain matin lorsque nous sommes partis pour commencer notre journée. Le personnel était très agréable. Le seul reproche que nous ayons eu, c'est que les personnes séjournant dans la chambre à côté de nous étaient extrêmement bruyantes à 2h30 du matin. Nous avons appelé la réception et ils ont traité la plainte de bruit en temps opportun. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était très agréable et la chambre était très propre. Nous étions contents. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel à l'avenir.

Wife and I Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our recent anniversary. We have stayed at most of the Historic Williamsburg hotels and this one several times in the past. We love the historic area and it is so nice to be close and be able to walk around the area and to Merchant square without having to search for parking on a busy weekend. The Lodge is very nice and the rooms well appointmented and decorated. This weekend we paid over $400 per night. The most consistent and disappointing problem we encounter every time we stay is the mattresses are terrible. This weekend was no different as it was a king bed which sagged deeply in both sleeping sides and gave little to no support. My wife and I both developed back pain after the first night and it only got worse the second. Again we have stayed at most of the properties in the historic area and even the colonial houses and this has more often than not been a problem. I think they just don't switch out the mattresses for new ones often enough and they get very worn and uncomfortable. We love the historic area very much and always enjoy our walks through the area, but this might be the last time we stay at a colonial property. You would think being a Marriott property it would be better now, but it is not.
