L'hôtel est très bien situé pour une courte promenade dans le centre-ville, mais assez loin pour ne pas être bruyant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas de choix sur le buffet mais vous pouvez commander des suppléments du menu. Les chambres sont incroyablement spacieuses et la salle de bain est propre et moderne. J'avais une baignoire à coins, pas sûr si toutes les chambres sont les mêmes. Valeur décente pour l'argent et le personnel parle bien anglais (meilleur que mon polonais limité) Je recommanderais certainement

I visited Wroclaw primarily to attend the Christmas Market at Wrocławski Rynek. The AC Marriott Hotel is ideally situated a short walk from the Market Square. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all aspects of customer service are of the highest standard, whether it be at reception or in the restaurant which serves food of the highest quality. The level of service easily matches what you would expect to find in any major European cIty, such as London or Vienna. This is definitely not a typical “chain” hotel. While it has all the benefits of being part of Marriott, everything is clearly focused on providing each guest with the best experience. If you are a member of the rewards program expect this fact to be recognised. I was treated to some beautiful Polish czekolada. I loved the design of the hotel, which features a grand staircase which you can use to burn off all those calories you consume when eating at the restaurant! The rooms are furnished in a clean and simple style, while still being luxurious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. I loved many of the design aspects, such as the curbless shower and the heated bathroom floor. Clearly a lot of effort has been taken to design a hotel fit for the 21st century, while retaining what I assume is a 100 year plus facade. It goes without saying that everything was spotless. The AC Marriott Wroclaw demonstrates one of the benefits of travelling in Poland, which is that you can experience the best at a reasonable price. I fear that this is not going to last forever; the Polish economy is expanding at a rapid rate, as the current generation is focused on success. If you arrive by train at the impressive Wrocław Główny, I suggest taking Tram 18 to Zamkowa, a short walk from the hotel. Use contactless or the Jakdojade app to pay for a ticket. The pictures of the Christmas market really don’t reflect reality. It is actually better than shown in the pictures, and especially at night it is reminiscent of a “mythical fairy tale” European city. If you have been to all the *standard* Christmas markets, and are looking for something else, this is one not to be missed. If you are lucky, that might even be some snow!

Complément, à la réception pendant des heures, chambres seulement à la nuit, pas de parking dans le parking disponible pour les clients (utilisé comme parking public). Donc, quiconque souhaite rester ici à Noël devrait chercher un hôtel plus calme. 30€ plus vaut la peine de tout. Désolé, les chambres sont propres et ordonnées et le personnel essaie certainement de leur mieux. Ps. Qui réserve Trip.com doit s'assurer que les réglages de réservation ne changent pas lors de la réservation. Le prix change et vous êtes là sans petit déjeuner. Après deux tentatives, nous avons décidé de réserver le petit déjeuner sur place, le prix était toujours acceptable.

Bel hôtel confortable, en face de la gare, mais pas si proche de la vieille ville. Pratique pour la nourriture, les transports en commun, les bureaux de change, etc. L'enregistrement a pris beaucoup plus de temps que prévu car un nouvel employé a eu du mal à confirmer que nous avions déjà payé.

This hotel is located 10 mins walk from the main train/coach station, and not far from the old town square and major tourist attractions. The two-room unit we have is very spacious, however, the furniture is just very minimum failing to make the unit very comfortable. And the bedding is aged and not too comfortable either. As the hotel is not air-conditioned, the windows need to be open and this also let in the street noise as Piłsudskiego is a busy thoroughfare. The included breakfast is quite adequate with reasonable varieties, however the dining room is a bit small for the crowd. The building is picturesque and quite historical; the lift / elevator itself is so ”classic”, something of quite an experience.

Il était très bon séjour. Il était situé à quelques minutes de marche de la gare. Les personnes étaient très gentilles et amicales. Ils nous ont aidé à voyager à différents endroits. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et la nourriture continentale. Nous les avons séjournés pendant seulement 2 jours.

Nous n'avons pas réservé le petit déjeuner mais nous avons visité Jolie Brasserie deux fois et nous avons assis dans le parc (après la maison d'opéra) avec des rouleaux frais, du café et des pâtisseries deux fois. Nous avons également visité la petite place derrière la maison d'opéra et nous avons descendu vers le canal de Domek et Fosa un beau petit bar/restaurant. L'hôtel a gardé nos affaires le dernier jour, alors que nous avions un vol tardif.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Europeum. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking privé extérieur ou souterrain, pratique lorsqu’on a loué une voiture. Il est très bien situé, dans le cœur de la ville, il n’y a pas qu’à traverser la route pour se promener à pied en plein centre. La chambre était un peu bruyante (chambre 34) car donnant sur la rue où passent de nombreuses voitures ainsi que le tram, mais nous étions vraiment fatigués alors cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Nous avons utilisé la salle de sport, pas très grande mais très pratique. Nous avions également la possibilité de réserver un créneau d’1h au sauna mais nous avons préféré profiter de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment top ! Il y a beaucoup de choix, que ce soit en sucré ou en salé et tout est très bon. Les réceptionnistes sont très agréables et n’hésitent pas à faire des recommandations de restaurants ou de lieux à visiter. Bref, un séjour comme on les aime !

That place is the worst I ever had a displeasure to deal with. We've made reservation for two apartments but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apartments even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apartment. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apartment was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

Nous avons réservé trois chambres ici par un site de réservation pour un prix sans remboursement, sans changement de contrat. C'était une excellente valeur pour de l'argent. Puis, l'un des groupes voulait changer la date. Nous avons traité directement l'hôtel et il n'y avait aucun problème. Les chambres étaient chaudes, confortables et calmes. Vérifiez l'entrée efficace et amicale. Nous n'avons pas eu le petit déjeuner. Le parking est à environ 300m. Pour le prix, c'est un excellent endroit pour rester. Je l'aurais certainement choisi de nouveau.
