Avis : Hongshan Hotel

Very near Hongshan station, but exit D has no escalator; use exit E across the road. Room was of good size and clean. But our room was on a low level, with no view and facing the tennis court. Cars like to honk there, people noise and honking all day until about 10pm. A ‘5 star’ rating hotel with no customer service, door person just stood there not rendering help with luggage even it was 2 girls struggling with their luggage. Checking was slow, noisy, people cutting queue, the person who tried to check us in, did not know how to handle foreign passport so we had to wait twice to be served. Did not get into the room until after 3pm. Luggage storage was messy, didn’t not have a system, the old man asked for a China mobile number? In the end he just scribbled down our names on a piece of random paper, I had to take a photo of it just to be sure. From personal experience, this hotel is not foreign tourist friendly, there was a lot of workshops and conferences going on when we were there. There is nothing in the surrounding precinct. The only thing close is Hongshan Square station. Average breakfast and the pool and the gymnasium were located across the road from the hotel.

The hotel provided excellent service during my stay. The room was very clean, and the room temperature was perfectly comfortable for the cold days in March. I also felt very secure staying here. The staff even called my room to notify me when someone was looking for me in the lobby, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, the service is great, and the dining environment is excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Was very pleased with the room. We booked a business room type and was given an upgrade to a deluxe room which came with a bathtub. The hotel is a historic building which added to the charm of the property. Although it is located by a metro stop, the exit did not have an elevator or escalator so be prepared to carry your bags up some flight of stairs. Overall loved the hotel.

Pros: Central location within Wuhan, close to Metro stop, Decent swimming pool Cons: Not much going on (food or entertainment) within a 5-minute walk, swimming pool is across a walkway outside so you need to leave the building to access it, Chinese brand hotel so no AC in October due to govt energy regulations (it was like 80-82 degrees in my room during the day every day). If I had to visit Wuhan again for fun, I would stay somewhere closer to a commercial street like near Hubu Alley with lots of food options. I didn't discover this till the end of my stay, but there's a lot of food options underground in the Metro station near the B exit. Otherwise, you need to walk a few blocks if you want some simple meals for a single person (as opposed to a family style restaurant).

Room was extremely good and well furnished. Everything is perfectly working. All the gadgets are good .Highly recommended

The property has a good location, in the centre of district with all amenities around. Staff are nice and helpful, breakfast buffet is good enough for my picky boys.

My favourite hotel in China! Spacious room and has everything you might need. Very near the metro. Not sure if it was just me but we faced issues with our booking. They had some difficulty finding our booking but somehow later found it.

This is an excellent hotel. It offers a very high standard of accommodation for a very reasonable price. I was a little annoyed that my booking was meant to come with a free dinner buffet, but the reception staff did not mention this or give me any voucher or anything. Nevertheless, I would happily stay there again because the rooms were exceptional, especially for the price. The breakfast buffet was extremely local, and as a vegetarian I had very little to eat. Nevertheless, I still think that I would rather stay there in Wuhan than pay two or three times the price for a different five star hotel, which would probably have worse rooms!

地理位置很好，南門正門口就是洪山廣場地鐵站D2出口。 房間很大，有浴缸，水温合適，很乾凈，電視可以用手機投屏，有機器人送餐。 早餐很豐盛，在一樓，週末節假日到10點結束。

洪山賓館是我第二次入住、各方麪條件都很好！特別是新增加了自助洗衣服務特別方便、前台服務員小智服務熱情周到、入住時正好遇到賓館總監主動幫助我們拉行李箱並引導我們入住也藉此機會表示感謝！停車場也很大、地上地下都很方便！

地理位置非常優越，離地鐵相當近，不換乘直達江漢路、武漢站和武大 作為五星酒店性價比非常高，房間很大，設施完善且保養到位 早餐也很豐盛 下次來武漢還是會選擇這家酒店
