J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Qinghai. Le personnel, aimable et bilingue, s'est mis en quatre pour porter mes bagages jusqu'à ma chambre et s'assurer de mon confort. La chambre, lumineuse et impeccable, la vue magnifique sur les sommets enneigés à l'horizon, le petit-déjeuner buffet varié proposant des plats chinois et occidentaux, ainsi qu'un long bain relaxant, m'ont fait regretter de n'y être resté qu'une seule nuit.

perfect place for cosy and quick stay im xining! its a little outdated but it adds to the charm :) the views are beautiful and the staff friendly! breakfast was decent too. there is lots of local info available and a pillow menu which we didnt use but should have! the yogurt on arrival was lovely too

Good looking Hotel, but you should Take at least the Deluxe room. The lower ones are Not in a good state

Very good service and breakfast. Location is convenient to bus and park. The window view is excellent and can see the city and the mountain - especially the night view.

The service staff was very helpful and polite, from the staff at the main entrance to the front desk, at the restaurant where i had breakfast and also the housekeeping staff. All of them tried their best to help whenever i have queries.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

賓館上檔次、大氣、高雅，畢竟是老五星級的酒店。大堂氣派，備有幾種茶水供賓客飲用。前台服務員熱情、禮貌、有問必答、有求必應，職業素質高，感覺她們是衹管盡職盡責的做好自己的服務，堅守職業精神，至於如何評論她們及賓館那是你的事，沒有那種帶目的性的虛假做作。非常值得稱道👍。停車場比較大，一般都能滿足顧客，衹是老賓館，沒有設地庫。早餐非常不錯，種類繁多、中西結合，可以現加工皮蛋瘦肉粥。房間佈局合理，乾濕分明，明亮、乾淨。地理位置優越，大門外相鄰的一小巷裡，好多地方特色小吃。不遠有23路公交的起、終點站，付款寶轉換“西寧公交”上車一元，坐公交也是瞭解這個城市的一種方法。我本人非常喜歡這類的賓館，一路住過哈密賓館、庫車迎賓館、喀什賓館、青海賓館等。安全、職業、正規、多地處老市區（僅個人愛好）。

我們第一天取完車大概晚上10點半到達酒店 門口禮賓小哥哥很熱情幫我們拿行李帶到前台 前台小金幫忙辦理入住 得知我們需要加床加早餐 主動推薦我們使用酒店小程序參加雙十一的活動 早餐29.9每位 由於新租的車號不熟悉導致出門不順利 打電話溝通小金很快幫我們解決 非常感謝小金 另外禮賓小孫也讓我留下深刻印象 他在我們詢問附近好吃的時熱情幫我們推薦 後面我們每次路過大門口時 都能看到他主動幫助客人 這次西寧之行 很幸運選擇了青海賓館 無論是早餐還是服務都非常棒 如果有機會再去一定還選擇這裏 另外早上看到大門口酒店有在照顧小貓貓 有搭好的厚貓窩還有準備貓糧和清水 讓人怎能不喜歡呢

一共去西寧兩次，兩次都選擇了青海賓館。這次最開心的是送了我兩杯青海的酸奶，並且還給我升到了17樓的大床房，視野比去年的9樓還要爽。另外，酒店工作人員，包括大門口幫忙提行李的、大廳前台、樓層客房服務，以及設施維修師傅的服務意識都非常到位，我很滿意。強烈推薦！！
