Une climatisation déplorable a gâché l'expérience d'un hôtel par ailleurs excellent. La climatisation était incroyablement mauvaise. Elle a fonctionné pendant des heures sans parvenir à faire baisser la température. Elle n'est jamais descendue en dessous de 25 degrés Celsius. À mon arrivée, la chambre était étouffante. Les fenêtres s'ouvraient à peine. Après des heures d'utilisation de cette climatisation plutôt bruyante, j'ai abandonné. Le personnel était formidable et la chambre était par ailleurs très bien. Mais à ce prix, et pour un hôtel qui se positionne comme un établissement haut de gamme, une climatisation inefficace par temps chaud (et ce n'était même pas la période la plus chaude de l'année) est inadmissible.
