Our stay was amazing. The room came with a butler service, Niu Xiaoliang. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, responding to every request very promptly. She gave us great recommendation for restaurants! The amenities were good, especially the smart toilet. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Travelled with my elderly parents. They were so happy with the room Zhouzhou upgraded us to. Automated toilet flush, high tech hotel. Blinds automatically open or close when u enter or leave the room, mirror light is finger touched. Definitely won’t try another hotel next time. Highly recommended. Not far from the train station. Amazing view!!! Superb will give them 20/10 for the room they upgraded us to.

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

Very large corner panoramic river view room (1915). Excellent hospitality by the staff. Breakfast well varied and we had dinner in the cloud restaurant on the 15th floor as well very reasonable prices. If you go out the front entrance and turn left on the side street there is a nice little bakery on the left. The river walk is steps away across the street.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. We were given a room with a river view which was great. the staff were helpful in particular Xiao Ao who took the trouble to get us taxis and assist as interpreter with the taxi drivers was remarkable. Overall our stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast was also great.

Location is good, close to Yichang Visitor Center where Three Gorges Dam viewing boats are located. Surroundings is great and has walking trail along Yangtz River bank. Hotel front desk personnel are nice and helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose. We definitely would stay here next time when we visit Yichang again.

The room is large n impressive and the one & only F&B outlet is pretty nice and food is good. But there is no swimming pool, spa facilities, etc. Location is average, there are no malls or cafes within walking distance. Security is lacking as you don’t need a key card to access your room floor.

Due to space issues, the hotel does not have a swimming pool or spa. If the hotel is located in the Riverside Mall, the nearest taxi will only take five to six minutes to reach. There's a cafe about 100 meters from the hotel. You can rest assured that the security guards are on duty 24 hours a day. Our Hotel has two special elevators for use. We will also report the elevator control problem to the hotel management and propose to contact the elevator company for installation. I'm sorry to give you such a bad experience, but the Darling's room is equipped with a smart mini-guest control system. You can contact the front desk at any time during your stay. The front desk is available 24 hours a day, during the stay there are free self-service laundry, gyms to provide free use. Look forward to your next visit Oh!

We were here in yichang for a night stopover after our cruise docked. Location of Hotel is abt 2.5km away from Wanda Plaza / Three Gorges cruise center. Taxi is easily available for just RMB 8, 10 mins drive away. The room is smart voice enabled XiaoDu similar to Google. So spacious, comfortable, modern, very clean & functional. Has amazing views of the river. Really loved this hotel. Breakfast spread is good mostly Asian cuisine.
