Très bon séjour au Meandros ! Un très bon accueil de la part de l’hôtesse et tout le personnel de l’hôtel pendant la durée de notre séjour. Nous avons choisit la chambre deluxe avec piscine privée avec vue sur le jardin, idéal pour passer du temps au calme. La chambre était spacieuse, petit bémol pour la salle de bain qui devrait peut-être être remise au goût du jour. Petit déjeuné complet et varié, le restaurant de la piscine propose de bon plats typiques mais aussi des burgers. Quant aux cocktails, un sans faute ! Nous avons voulu goûter chaque jour un nouveau cocktail qui était proposé à la carte. Dans l’ensemble un sans faute, nous avons passés de magnifiques moments à Zakynthos !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour malgré une météo pourrie, certaines dames de l'accueil étaient très serviables, les barmaids très sympas et efficaces. Evitez juste les cocktails tout prêts vers la piscine, prenez des alcools simples. La plage en face de l'hôtel est super. Le resto est bien mieux que ce qu'on imaginait, il y a du choix et quelques plats grecs, les soupes sont absolument délicieuses et certains desserts sont bons (ce qui est rare en buffets) et des fruits midi et soir. Juste une réserve sur les vins, disons moyens. Le resto grec auquel on a droit une fois par séjour sur réservation est extraordinaire, n'oubliez pas de l'essayer (vins bien meilleurs et généreusement servis), service très sympa. Il y a les bungalows dont certains bien près de l'eau avec jolie vue mer et des chambres dans l'établissement même. En cas de pluie, ce qui a été notre cas, essayez d'être dans l'hôtel, sinon la vue peut être plus sympa des bungalows. On a passé des jours agréables, malgré des averses quasi permanentes. Le parking privé est appréciable aussi.

Oh my days, what an absolute little gem this hotel was. Set back from the main area just far enough to be free from any noisy traffic but near enough for a gentle three minute stroll to the shops, bars etc. As with most budget Greek hotels, basic but exceptionally clean and not a scuff or mark anywhere! A small quiet pool with bar which is shared with neighbouring hotel. What impressed me most, apart from Elena's very warm and friendly welcome everyday, was the absolute quietness of the place. I would sit on my balcony overlooking the fields and all I could hear was the occasional distant dog bark and a cock crowing. Delicious bliss in my book and as a frequent visitor to the island, I will definitely return. Thank you Elena x

Ces appartements sont à moins de 10 minutes de taxi de l'aéroport (13 euros). Le petit complexe de 8 appartements d'études et 4 appartements familiaux, sont situés dans un terrain calme et éclatée, la piscine et le jardin sont bien gardés, ils sont maintenus chaque jour. La chambre était très propre avec un nettoyage quotidien et un changement de serviettes et de feuilles tous les quatre jours. La piscine n'a jamais été remplie, il y a beaucoup de lits solaires et pas au-dessus de l'autre. La bande de Kalamaki était environ 15/20 min à pied sur la route principale, étant en Grèce il n'y a pas de pavillons, donc il a dû être conscient des véhicules qui conduisent passé, la nuit la route qu'elle ne brille pas, donc un torch serait utile, surtout pour accéder aux appartements de la route, Vous devez suivre une trace de saleté sur un petit champ. Kalamaki a beaucoup de restaurants, nous avons visité environ 10 différents pendant nos 2 semaines de vacances, nous avons senti qu'ils étaient très de normes similaires, avec le coût de nos repas entre 29 euros, qui était le moins cher à 40 sont le plus cher Il y a un supermarché très proche de l'appartement, sur le terrain sur la route principale et un biscuit à environ 200 mètres de plus, avec un siège à l'extérieur, nous avons apprécié le café et les croissants pour le petit déjeuner.

5 nuits dans cet hôtel d un très bon rapport qualité prix, une chambre avec petite kitchenette, manque un peu d ustensile mais moyen de se débrouiller un grand frigo une piscine, fort près de la route dommage, l'avantage tout à proximité magasin ,supermarket restaurants. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue vers l arrière. Une matinée où deux nous avons quand même été réveille par les avions, avantage par contre l aeroport est à 5 minute La plage à 15 minutes à pieds, plage en pente douce idéal pour les enfants Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas déjeuner dans la chambre l hotel à un bar restaurant, nous n avons pas testé, nous déjeunions sur notre terrasse, Pas le grand luxe mais pour le prix 70 euros la nuit pour deux ok

We have been to Kalamaki many times over the years, and have walked passed the Athina Apartments on our visits, so we took the plunge and booked to stay here for 9 nights from the 8th September. The apartments are ideally located. They literally back onto the main ***** in Kalamaki, and are a few minutes walk from the main Kalamaki beach. We stayed in a top floor room, overlooking the pool. The view was great, and lovelly to wake up to in the morning or to enjoy of an evening before venturing out. Because we faced away from the main *****, we did not hear it at all. The rooms are basic, and could do with a little spruce up, but they are clean and comfortable, so that's what is most important. If you are looking to cook in the room, the cooking facilities consist of 2 hot rings and that's it. There is no oven or even a microwave. So you may struggle. But if like us, the only thing we cooked in the room was some toast for breakfast (yes there is a toaster and a kettle) then its fine. The pool area has been recently installed / renovated. Its is a lovely area, however during our entire stay, we did not see any member of staff tidy up the area at all, not even straighten the sun beds at the end of the day. When we had finished using the beds, we always tidied up after ourselves, and straighten the beds up etc, but not everyone did. So the pool area tends to look very untidy at the end of the day, which is such a shame, as it looks very tranquil in the evening, so it would be nice if it looked neat too :-) There is no lift in the hotel, so if you have struggle walking up flights of stairs, we would suggest opting for a ground floor apartment. However these do open up right onto the pool area so privacy will be a factor. The staff were great, and were always at hand should you need them. Would we stay again? Of course we would! In fact we have already booked to return again next September!!
