Great room space and family friendly hotel. My kids loved the hotel room designed with Octonauts theme and the food at the restaurant is amazing

Overall a good stay at the Asian Star Hotel. Room service came everyday and also upon request and was thorough. There is laundry service on site. Close to the hotel there are lots of food options available and public transport is convenient.

I like the location of this hotel because it is next to a major bus stop and not far from Mingzhu train station. It is also nearby one of my favourite streets for eating in Zhuhai. The rooms are large although the shower room and toilet room are small. The cleaners are thorough and the reception staff made check in smooth enough. I didn't use other facilities but there's a restaurant upstairs and some small shops on the ground floor.

Other than a convenient location, there’s no much good about it. The room is very dirty!

This is a good hotel. The price is not bad for a single room and it’s location is very easy to find and accessible. I didn’t have any issues with the cleanliness but the shower head is a bit broken and needs repair. Based on policy they don’t provide a lot of bathroom amenities in the room like the small comb or the toothpaste but so suppose that is common because other hotels also changed to follow this policy. Overall it’s pretty good.

這裡是真的非常糟糕，環境一般般吧，很舊很舊，如圖説話，空調聲音特別吵（建議住進來第一時間確認一下是否能接受,不能接受找前台退房吧）我住過好多次了，基本上每個房間都是同樣的問題，估計也是解決不了了吧。設施設備都是老古董，下單請慎重，其次樓下的施工比鬧鐘還準時（前台也沒辦法給你幫忙換房避開馬路）。吵了你直接想離開，環境吧也一般般，不知道什麼原因床單都是皺巴巴的，看不出來三條線，被套還好點，前台基本上沒有服務可言，慎重哈，其實周邊選擇性也多

優：酒店所在位置交通還是挺便利的，離關口也很近，打車十分鐘能到；門口也有公交車；對面有個大商場，去山姆也是十分鐘車程 劣：去到房間時房間的沙發下面有一個使用過的避孕套，我們住了兩晚，第二天出去後，回房間後還是存在，可見是搞衞生沒有搞得很細緻； 還有一點就是，清潔阿姨手不乾淨，我們第二天出門的時候放了apple watch 在房間充電，出於習慣拍了所有有存放東西位置的照片，當晚回去發現一個可循環使用的星巴克買的透明杯不見了，杯子底下墊着的紙巾還在。第三天退房的時候找前台説了這件事情，清潔阿姨一開始不認看到了杯子，直到我拿照片出來，才説她當垃圾扔掉了，還很小聲説了一句，拍什麼照，有什麼好拍的。其實到這個時候我們已經確定了是阿姨拿走了，後面前台説原價賠我們，我們就算了。清潔阿姨還是不太服氣的，畢竟杯子底下就墊了一張紙巾，怎麼可能杯子當垃圾扔了，紙巾倒是沒扔呢？

酒店在香洲區中心地段人民西路，酒店門口就是公交站，對面是華潤萬家超市，交通方便餐飲方便，房間也很不錯，挺好的。
