The person who invented the idea of paying almost 70% of my room rate to get a 4-hour early check in should be banned from the hotel industry!!
Very disappointing to have the room ready yet refusing to make life easier on customers... Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and room is small but adequate... Breakfast is average as u would expect
And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de la place de la République et à seulement deux ou trois minutes à pied du Musée National. Vous pourrez également assister tous les soirs au spectacle des fontaines musicales.
Les équipements hôteliers sont moyens, ce qui correspond au niveau des hôtels milieu de gamme en Chine.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et différents fruits locaux sont proposés chaque jour. Il est recommandé de goûter les abricots et les pruneaux, ils sont très sucrés et brisent ma perception quotidienne de ce fruit. 👍👍

Il n'y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre ordinaire. La pièce est petite, mal aérée et relativement sèche. Le débit du wifi est un peu lent. La pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain est instable, parfois chaude, parfois froide.

Были с семьей, не первый раз бронируем сетевые отели через сервис бронирования, выставляли что ребёнок с нами 10 лет, сервис выставил цену, но в отеле попросили доплатить за раскладушку ребёнку, в первые с таким столкнулись, если номер бронируем на троих то не в одном отеле не подразумевают что 10 летний ребёнок 150 см ростом будет спать с нами в одной кровати, при чем ни в Турции, ни в Дубае, ни в Египте ни в России проблем таких не было.
Номера пыльноваты, старый ковролин, постельное половину белое, половину жёлтое, то-ли от старости, то-ли что то с ним случилось.
Было долгое заселение, около 25 минут, что то говорили за законсервированные номера, хотя на букинге их уйма, долго искали номер, когда с самолёта прям выматывает.
В кафе всё вкусно кроме стейка, он не понравился, оказался резиновым.
Из плюсов, месторасположение, рядом каскад, парк, смотровые на Арарат, есть хорошие кафе чтоб поесть и вечером можно развлечь ребёнка в парке
Хороший спа с крытым бассейном, бассейн очень большой, есть большое джаузи, интересный вариант полежать на лежаках на улице с видом на парк

All is good, but the night reception staff is incompetent and barely spoken English/Arm. The management should perform selection for the night team, meeting and greeting the guests.

Самый ключевой плюс - локация, прям в центре. Рядом - все. Все в пешей доступности. Отель новый жто чувствуется, все очень аккуратно.
Но при бронировании обратите внимание на площадь номера. Если для вас это важно, то лучше заранее узнать, что номера в целом очень небольшие.

酒店位置很好，就在廣場邊上，去哪裡都方便，工作人員也都很友善。房間乾淨整潔，早餐也很豐富。周邊吃的、逛的地方很多，特別是出門左轉不遠有個超市蠻大的，東西還很多。建議不要朝馬路的房間有些吵，其他都很好。

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

2-前台女士超漂亮，服務很細緻
夜裡值班的男生也很好，幫忙叫車去機場，因為我怕深夜出門不安全，還給我送出門，送上車
3-房間裏可以點餐，送餐速度也很快，而且價格比外面的還便宜一點
4-地理位置很好，在小區裏，安靜，出門200米過地下通道就是中型超市——便利
5-交通便利，可以步行到市區的各個主要景點
6-沒有到入住時間，提供行李寄存，時間到了行李會幫忙送去房間
7-早餐時間比較久，8:00到中午，比較人性化

Cchow fui ngoGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

OOlgaПриехала в 3 ночи. Заселили в номер, в котором кто-то спал😀 . Минут через 30 дали номер. Все чисто. Запахов лишних нет. Днем на ресепшен адекватные ребята. Написала все заранее, ждать столько ночью неприятно( за это сняла 1 звезду). В номере минибар, чай-кофе, чайник. Халатик. В моем номере на двоих был 1 крохотный шампунь , 1 крохотный гель для душа и мыльце, зубная щетка. Номер на двоих! Можно было хотя бы на двоих это положить. Итого: добираться на такси примерно 25 мин 1600денег. До автобуса-2 км от отеля. Это не центр. Вообще мне отель понравился, хорошее отношение, чисто, большие номера. Рекомендую. Завтрак тоже есть, не пробовала. О! Есть терраса на 7 этаже, спорт зал.

IInvitéSitué entre 2 stations de métro, accessible par marche de chacune. Les boutiques de 24 heures de course sont facilement trouvées à proximité. La forme de la chambre est un peu étrange mais elle est très propre et confortable, la douche est assez forte et le système de chauffage central fonctionne bien, le lit est confortable, la qualité du petit déjeuner est superbe et assez satisfaisante, j'ai aimé la poires et le jus d'abri très.

Огромный минусы:
1. Слышимость в номере: в 12 ночи приходили соседи и громко разговаривали - приходилось громко кашлять, чтобы замолчали. В туалете как будто вместе на один горшок ходим
2. Отвратительные завтраки. На второй не пошли. Повар рядом с сырыми яйцами (5-10 см) нарезает фрукты голыми руками и выкладывает на поднос - понятие продуктового соседства отсутствует напрочь. Грязную посуду принимают в открытой зоне готовки пищи и вываливают остатки тут же в мусорку. Снующие курящие на два балкона при условии нашего неприятия курения и двух детей рядом
Отель на троечку. Больше туда вряд ли поедем
