Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient. The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le 2e chambre avec lit double, dans un coin avec un seul accès latéral, était propre et frais. L'unité est si grande pour ceux comme nous qui détestent l'odeur de fumée.

nous avons eu un excellent service d'hospitalité agréable et optimal servi par le personnel de l'hôtel (avec un sourire accueillant, des salutations - je me sens comme à la maison lors de mon enregistrement (un fauteuil roulant étant fourni à ma mère âgée) ainsi que le meilleur service de chambre fourni. La section service de chambre (pendant le Ramadan) avons préparé notre nourriture avant l'heure de l'iftar, même si nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel depuis KL si près de la durée de l'iftar. De plus, pendant le sahur, je souhaite faire mon MEILLEUR compliment à «Azim», l'un des membres du personnel du café qui fait un effort. d'envoyer dans la chambre la nourriture demandée pour ma mère âgée qui est malade. Cette action montre la qualité élevée du service client démontré par le personnel de l'hôtel Grand Renai et je pense qu'il méritait de recevoir les plus grands compliments de la part de ses clients. Job.👍🏻sans oublier, cet hôtel a également la plus grande propreté, je reviendrai certainement et je l'ajouterai à ma liste de priorités à chaque fois lors de mon voyage ”balik kampung” à Kota Bharu.

L'hôtel a été récemment rénové. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Dès mon entrée, j'ai été accueilli par une agréable odeur de bois. La chambre dispose d'une grande télévision connectée, d'une table ronde avec des chaises confortables, d'une bouilloire, d'un mini-frigo et d'un nécessaire à café et à thé. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Ils nous ont toujours accueillis avec le sourire. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le choix est varié et, surtout, tout était délicieux ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour au Grand Riverview Hotel. La chambre était propre et confortable, et le service impeccable. L'emplacement est également très pratique pour se déplacer dans Kota Bharu. Cependant, les équipements pourraient être légèrement améliorés, car des articles de base comme une brosse à dents n'étaient pas fournis. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

Recommandation Kelantan a trouvé cet environnement propre et sain. La servitude clientèle de la mère et de la sœur est amicale. Il a une question et une réponse. Il est pratique de gérer le logement. C'est une salle de séjour japonaise, superbe

I had a great stay at ibis KB. The hotel has a modern, stylish, and energetic atmosphere, with a fun design that feels different from a typical hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room setup was practical. I also enjoyed the hotel’s lively common areas and relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is also convenient for exploring Putrajaya and the surrounding area. Overall, its a great choice if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable hotel with a youthful and vibrant atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the parking spaces were quite limited, so it could be difficult to find a spot during busy hours. Other than that, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again. Thank you.
