I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is fine if you’re arriving by car. However, I arrived by bus, and it’s about 3.5 km uphill from the bus/train station and around 2.5 km from the city centre. The biggest downside for me was that the showers in the sauna/pool area were out of order. It’s hard to understand how guests are expected to use the sauna without functioning showers, people were going straight from the sauna to the pool while still sweaty. Another major issue was the lack of basic kitchen equipment in the studio, there wasn’t even a single pot, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, and most of the staff were friendly.

Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, anche se alcune recensioni segnalano che non tutte sono all’altezza delle 4 stelle, più simili a 3 stelle. Il personale è generalmente considerato cortese e disponibile, e l’hotel dispone di un parcheggio comodo. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro città, ma facilmente raggiungibile con taxi a basso costo. Alcuni ospiti hanno segnalato delle pecche nella pulizia della camera e nella colazione, che può risultare semplice. Nel complesso è consigliato per chi cerca una pausa relax con spa ben attrezzata a prezzo ragionevole. Ottimo ristorante e colazione.

L'hébergement était très proche de nombreux avantages. La location est très bonne à côté d'un ascenseur de ski. Il dispose d'un parking, très utile personnel. L'hôtel dispose d'un spa luxueux ! Le petit déjeuner était excellent ! En attendant la réservation J'ai immédiatement payé la valeur de la chambre avec une carte de crédit, le personnel de réception sans voir leur système Mon paiement et m'a demandé Je paierai la valeur de la nuit. Je lui ai dit que j'avais déjà payé la valeur. la réservation de la chambre. Le prochain jour à l'échec Ils m'ont demandé de payer la nuit encore. J'ai montré la preuve du paiement qui Trip.com m'avait envoyé Le membre du personnel a déclaré qu'il devait être à bord du manager ... after I waited a few more minutes Ils ont reconnu mon paiement. Malheureusement, le retard et l'absence d'informations Le paiement n'était pas justifié pour un hôtel 5-star.

Мы заселились 10 сентября, и сразу по прибытию девушка на ресепшене нас убеждала, что у нас оплачено только на 1 человека в их системе, предлагая оплатить за второго еще за 3 ночи, после нашей настойчивости она кому-то позвонила, чтобы узнать и оказалось, что все нормально и у нас все оплачено, с ее стороны это было грубо, как-будто мы ******. Также мы бронировали номер с 2 отдельными кроватями, на фото такие номера были, но нам дали номер с 1 кроватью, мы поменяли его на другой, где 2 кровати, но нам пришлось их раздвинуть и просить 2 простынь. Также она сообщила, что стиральная машина сломана, а через 2 дня другая девушка сказала, что сломана только сушилка, и мы не усели постирать наши вещи. В номере не работали розетки на одной стене, и не работал телевизор. На кухне есть плита, но нет кастрюли или сковородки, так что ничего не приготовишь. Завтраки были довольно хорошие, есть что выбрать и позавтракать, в номерах было действительно чисто, в спа и бассейне практически не было людей в это время, но возможно было покупаться. Вариантов поужинать в ресторане не очень много, а ресторан неподалеку работает только 3 дня в неделю и слишком поздно для ужина. В качалке нет особо тренажеров, а один сломан, моему мужу это было важно и он расстроен. Туда можно ехать, если у вас есть своя машина и вы ходите побыть в тишине.

Love it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!
