The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Une grande et grande nation. Pas après un grand hôtel à Shanghai. 1000 habitants ont une qualité de 5000. Rarement donnez un score si élevé ～ Le patron est également géant et très bon. Le public doit généralement partir à 12 heures. Nous n'avons pas vendu. Le patron n'a pas encore demandé que nous allions prendre le repas avant de nous déjeuner. Une foule de gens qui ont même oublié de rentrer. Très propre. Il n'y a pas seulement une sauna et un piscine de bain dans la maison. Les fournitures à usage unique sont également très bonnes. La décoration et le jardin sont absolument à mon point esthétique. Le patron dit que la nuit peut également fournir des barbecues de chaussures. La fourniture de micro-ondes mais pas de tables est moins belle que celle de ～～～ 300 $ 8 heures. Le patron est en train de vous accompagner. La personne est vraiment super bonne. Comment peut-on attendre que l'humeur soit si stable ～ 8 heures de voiture sans eau. C'est vraiment un super-prix boutique. 👍

Pros: - Extremely strategic location to locations below: 1. West Market 延吉西市场 - (5-7 mins walk) 2. Dong Fang Floating Market 延吉东方水上市场 (3-5 mins walk) 3. Yanji Red Net Wall 延吉红墙 - (10-15 mins walk or 3 mins by Didi/Taxi) - Friendly staff with much to recommend for activities and attractions - Free coffee and welcome drink at lobby area Cons: - Room comes with very narrow walking space - Do not have a proper wardrobe and much space, especially to hang multiple winter jackets - Our road facing room on level 2 was exposed to some noise from the traffic from main road - Access walkway from lift to room comes with curbs that are not easy to pass with heavy luggages Overall (Summary) - Hotel with great location to many places which is a plus point and staff is always ready to recommend local food places. Great service with much of smile. Will book again should get to visit in the near future.

Benjamin at reception is incredible. He speaks great English and made sure to help us arrange all of our extra activities from snowmobiling, rafting, ice fishing and all the extra activties included in our hotel stay like the ski pass and snow park experience. He answered all our questions, arranged taxis and ensured a smooth, comfortable stay. The resort itself is in a great location - right on the slopes and the breakfast was decent. I would 100% recommend this to anyone especially foreigners who don't speak Chinese. Thank you to Benjamin for making our stay so comfortable!

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

В 5 минутах ходьбы — рестораны корейской кухни, супермаркеты, аптеки. Тихий район, но всё необходимое — рядом. Удобно и для туристов, и для деловых поездок. Бронировали Superior Twin — не очень просторный, но очень чистый, с новой мебелью и отличной звукоизоляцией. Кровати — просто сказка: матрасы жёсткие (по-китайски), но очень удобные. Есть тапочки, чай/кофе, мини-бар (пустой, но можно заполнить самим). Wi-Fi — быстрый, без перебоев. 🍳 **Завтрак:** Шикарный выбор! И западные блюда (яичница, тосты, сосиски), и китайские, и — что особенно ценно в Яньцзи — **корейские**: кимчи, рисовые лепёшки, суп тофу, лапша, панчхан (закуски). Всё свежее, вкусное, официанты постоянно обновляют блюда. Кофе — не растворимый, а из кофемашины! 🛎 **Персонал:** Молодцы! Хотя не все говорят свободно по-английски, но очень доброжелательны, терпеливы, помогают с картами, вызовом такси, объясняют, где что находится. На ресепшене есть сотрудники, понимающие английский — достаточно показать адрес на карте или написать на телефоне. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Чисто, удобно, вкусно, дружелюбно. Вернусь сюда снова — и рекомендую всем, кто едет в Яньцзи!

I can only warmly recommend the hotel. The ski slope starts in front of the door. The ski tickets and your equipment can be taken over at the hotel. The service was nice, friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Yue Yuan, who was always helpful to us. She speaks very good English and made our stay particularly pleasant!! Thank you so much!

Hope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot. Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot. My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

💕出來乍到，被酒店驚喜的簡直不要太幸福。 我們3個大人，定的家庭房，也是想帶老爸體會一下小童的樂趣。設施很完善，不僅全屋智能，洗衣機也是小米的，該説不説，非常貼心了。酒店出門就是當地的早市，應有盡有，不算太貴，而且很多是當地特產，逛吃下來很舒服。酒店自助餐也蠻不錯，中西結合，而且餐廳裏還可以見到很多俄國友人，這樣一家酒店，怎麼會差呢……快來快來吧
