非常滿意的一次入住體驗👍由於我行程安排提前了，所以給酒店打電話問可以提前辦理入住嗎，前台告訴我可以直接過去，到了以後還免費升級了套房，太驚喜了哈哈😄房間非常大，也很乾凈，晚上還有室外温泉，小朋友住的非常開心，旅途中能入住一個不錯的酒店，確實可以為整個旅程加分

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

I had a wonderful stay in Landscape Hotel, thanks to the support and dedication of the concierge/front desk agent named 鑫鑫. I contacted her even 1.5 month before the trip, asking lots of questions and she always replied in a few minutes or even less, no matter what time it was. She also helped me to connect with outsiders which provides extra service per my request (I wanted a to have afternoon tea at a nearby river, which shown in the below picture). 鑫鑫 was super helpful and I cannot express how much appreciated I am. Hotel breakfast also really good with lots of options and tasty. The hot spring and skii/snowboarding service that incluđe in my room was on top!! A huge plus!! Besides, hotel design and decoration was great, the room was big and beautìul, I regret of not taking pictures of the room and hotel surrounding the most. Overall. this place and people here are 10/10!

SONG JIANG BONANZA WINNING HOTEL — From Smoke Signals to Sacred Silence Arrival & First Sniff This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. Les vacances étaient superbes. Xiao Hui, la femme de ménage (la numéro 2), était disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7. Très pratique et efficace ; je reviendrai sans hésiter.

L'hôtel est très bon et propre. Il y a des eaux chaudes à l'intérieur et à la piscine extérieure. Tout le personnel est très bon et nous aide beaucoup. Ils ne peuvent pas parler anglais mais ils utilisent WeChat pour nous parler et nous aider tout, puisque nous réservons comme nous réservons le bus ou nous envoyons comment aller à la voie ferrée ou comment trouver le bus. Ils aident aussi à commander la nourriture, à réserver des billets de scène, à écrire le signe pour nous aider à revenir à l'hôtel, nous sommes sortis.

Bonne partie : l'environnement est calme, la tête est confortable, le bord du fleuve, la marche après le dîner est aussi bonne. Pas très bien: sans laver les toilettes, je suis revenu le lendemain soir pour découvrir que les lits dans la chambre n'ont pas été récoltés, que les lits dans la chambre n'ont pas été récoltés, que les dents sont simplement ajoutés à un dent unique. Il n'y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre, il y a une machine avec un bouton rouge, il n'y a pas de voix, il y a encore des choses à faire pour passer par le téléphone mobile à travers le site Web. Le premier jour, la réception a dit que nous n'avons pas assez de force pour le faire, nous n'avons pas réagi depuis longtemps, Le lendemain, il a passé la réception et a répondu, il a appelé pour les demander à l'intérieur, puis il a dit que la machine de cette pièce était mauvaise et ne pouvait pas être réparée. Une phrase mal réparée n'était pas finie, je ne pensais pas à la réparer avant de savoir que la mauvaise était mal. Le petit déjeuner 7-9 point, le type de nourriture est relativement simple, il n'est pas possible de fournir à 8 heures certains aliments finis. Les pommes sont gourmandes, mais le goût est bon, comme le goût fait à la main.

C'est ma deuxième fois que je reste ici. Il y a un grand magasin à proximité, beaucoup de places avec de la nourriture délicieuse et un bon salon de massage/spa. Le personnel de la chambre frontale est très aimable et professionnel. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est très intéressant, avec de nombreux détails mignons. Le personnel a vraiment essayé de répondre à mes demandes spéciales pendant le processus de réservation. La chambre n'a pas de fumée, c'est pas une plainte, c'est juste un fait. J'ai eu un séjour très agréable et recommande cette propriété.

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was super nice and well-maintained, and the surrounding area is convenient and pleasant. Staff service was good and welcoming. The hotel food was also nice. Would recommend.

L'hôtel Songoli qui séjourne dans le long du long du Changbai Mountain est vraiment plus que prévu ✨! L'espace de la chambre est large et large, notre famille est très grande et vivant facilement, l'activité est totalement non congestionnée et le confort de la vie est particulièrement élevé. Les droits et intérêts de jeux offerts par l'hôtel sont très élevés, ils comprennent de nombreux projets de parcs, économisez beaucoup de frais supplémentaires, voyagez et rentable. Il faut particulièrement féliciter les petits gars de la réception, être prudent et prudent lors de la réception, nous expliquer avec soin les routes du parc et les droits de transfert, et nous donner des explications claires sur tous les aspects. Le service du personnel de l'hôtel est très intime et amical. Les questions sont réalistes en temps voulu et la honnêteté est étendue partout. L'environnement du parc est beau, le voyage à tous les endroits de jeu est également très pratique, manger et jouer intégré, prendre des enfants en vacances ici est trop approprié, le voyage global est particulièrement confortable et agréable, la prochaine fois que je viens à Changbai Mountain, vous aurez la priorité à choisir les pinguins, vraiment recommandé aux amis qui voyagent avec la famille!
