Je voudrais remercier l'hôtel Piyanshan Hot Spring pour une histoire de façade qui m'a pris 5 jours. Tout était si bon, beau, goûteux, sain! Il y avait de la beauté partout, l'atmosphère entière était magique! Les gens qui travaillent dans ce lieu merveilleux sont tout aussi merveilleux! Une vacance qui sera rappelée pendant toute la vie. J'ai trouvé un endroit que je veux revenir et qui reste dans mon cœur. Grâce à l'accès de ma chambre à l'air frais, j'ai pu voir la beauté du ciel de la nuit, de beaux soirées et de beaux soirées. I wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (礼宾部田静润) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

Good location as it is situated just next to the 西市产 and very near to 人民公园 which have so much activities at night. Plenty of food eateries around and the taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Very

Amazing hotel! Korean style from decor, staff dress, paintings and hotel room. Very enjoyable stay, wish we were here for longer! The front desk was very helpful - gave us extra water. Room was on smaller side but did not feel small - smart room felt luxurious. Very clean. Shower has temperature button to set temperature. Also has air diffuser! Breakfast was very good, wide selection of Korean and Chinese cuisine. Also caters for westerners tastebuds. I will stay here again if I am in Yanji, love love love this hotel! One of the best decorated hotels I have stayed in and very affordable.

Très très très bon ! La salle est très agréable, la hauteur du sol est très élevée, et les installations et l'environnement sont très bons. C'est un magasin très rentable et les gens dans le magasin sont vraiment sympas ! Mes chaussures étaient collées et elles m'ont beaucoup aidé la nuit pour les réparer. Après mon départ, j'ai stocké mes bagages à l'hôtel. Quand je suis revenu du ski pour récupérer mes bagages, j'ai dit que j'avais faim et que je voulais des collations. alors le patron m'a bourré d'un tas de snacks, j'ai été vraiment touché ! Venez et restez ici !

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

A dépassé mes attentes :
Il s'agit d'un hôtel + appartement avec services, la chambre est très propre et spacieuse, le personnel est très sympathique, gentil et serviable, le petit-déjeuner est à la fois occidental et chinois, ce qui est mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Il se trouve à environ 30 minutes de Jilin. Gare TGV et à 1h30 de l'aéroport de Changchun A une heure de route de la station de ski, à 600 mètres.
Il y a du matériel de ski à louer au sous-sol, un petit dépanneur et une petite et bonne salle de sport. C'est en effet mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

TT.W.LConvenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji.
Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music.
The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

IInvitéI can only warmly recommend the hotel. The ski slope starts in front of the door. The ski tickets and your equipment can be taken over at the hotel. The service was nice, friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Yue Yuan, who was always helpful to us. She speaks very good English and made our stay particularly pleasant!! HheymingsterThe hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine).
However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting!

The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
2. Room
The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather.
3. Hospitality
The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable.
4. Assistance and Arrangements
Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free.
5. Farewell
This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply.
6. Final Thoughts
Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!
